🌟💔 I am an unmarried, loving mother who resides in the State of Florida. For almost three years I have been fighting for my God-given right to raise my beautiful daughter Ocealyn and to simply continue to be involved in decisions about her life and wellbeing. This fight isn’t happening in my state’s backyard, but rather in another State where my only ties are mainly associated with part of my Florida business and my daughter’s biological father.

As part of this whole process and in order to focus on my daughter’s wellbeing I have had to close my business location in the Florida Keys, reduce my presence on social media, rent a new condo for my daughter, put over 120,000 miles on my vehicle, and paid nearly $189,000 in legal fees all because of the requirements and, I believe, to force me to give up on fighting for my daughter’s wellbeing, our family, Ocealyn’s presence in a church, our passion for the outdoors that God blessed us with, and our Florida residency in order to seemingly force us to move to another state where the same opportunities would not exist.

No one ever questioned my love, dedication, and commitment as a mother and my fitness is not in debate. I am going through every parent’s worst fear – the ability to be actively involved in your child’s life and potentially losing them forever. 

I am working on the appeal process to ensure Ocealyn’s wellbeing is at the forethought of all the decisions made and am asking for prayers for Ocealyn and myself while we go through it. If you would like to contribute to the appeal in addition, it would be greatly appreciated.
