FIGHTING JUDICIAL CORRUPTION TO SECURE OUR FUTURE

Dear Fellow American,

My name is Dr. Alexander Asanov. Join me to fight for Justice, against judicial corruption. Imagine living in a country where banana-republic corruption jeopardizes our democracy and undermines the future we strive to build for our children. We are at the pivotal point, where the future depends on us, on you and me, on our actions or inaction. The time has come to act passionately. I am leading a civil class action case (No. 5:24-CV-00514-FL) to hold corrupt judge Merchan, NYC, accountable for his criminal actions that have eroded trust in American judicial system, in the U.S. and worldwide. We cannot stay indifferent anymore behind an excuse “I am not a lawyer”. It has severely affected our lives and will ruin the future of our children, if we stay indifferent. It is time to act jointly to eradicate corruption from the “closed club” of judiciary and lawyers in America. This “closed club” has been dominated by small cohort of corrupt judges and lawyers.  The majority of lawyers and judges are honest and fair. They must dominate, and we are here to help.  

On Jan 15, 2025, the incoming Honorable U.S. Attorney General, Pamela Bondi, stated at the Senate confirmation hearing: "… two-thirds of Americans have lost faith in the Department of Justice, and …I believe, …. people continue to lose faith." I guess, Honorable AG Bondi under-estimated, ~90% do not trust American judicial system anymore, worldwide. Overproduction of elites, sinecures, freebies, corruption - are typical symptoms of the terminal phase of cliodynamic cycle  where empires collapse. Back in history the terminal phase resulted in civil wars or violent riots. Peaceful resolution of the crisis was rather an exception from the rule. 

On November 5, 2024, we, The People of the USA, gave overwhelming mandate to the President Trump to resolve the crisis by peaceful reforms in accordance with the Constitution of USA. President Trump, the best president ever, has assembled great team to solve the challenging tasks of cleansing this country from banana-republic corruption, deporting ~26 millions of illegals, who turned America into a criminal nightmare. Patriotic leaders from both sides of the isle joined his team to implement the tremendous challenge of cleansing the Augean Stable of corruption. There are several Hercules heroes in the team, who are capable of changing the river routes to wash the Deep State wastes. None of these heroes is a Superman. They need your and my help. 

There is a sufficient cohort of patriotic, righteous, insightful individuals in all parts of elites, including lawyers and judges, Senators and Congressmen, scientists and financial leaders. On the other hand, there is an army of corrupt judges (~10,000) coyote-lawyers (~180,000) who have created and are parasitizing on ~26 millions of illegal-aliens and ~$380 Billion criminal industry. They will not give up their criminal sinecure without deadly fight. Have no illusions. They have attempted 3 times to assassinate The President Trump. They have abused criminal and civil lawfare to sabotage the incoming changes. Their criminal resistance is driven by the 26M/$360B/180k/10k criminal industry. 

We have to consolidate our efforts at the grass root level to assist The President Trump and his team to restore the rule of law and create a brighter future for generations to come.

This is not just my fight; this is our fight for justice and for better future. I am a scientist, not a lawyer. It was difficult to me to file a civil lawsuit in U.S. Federal Court. After July 13, 2024, the first assassination attempt, I worked hard after hours to prepare the lawsuit. Several lawyers, whom I contacted to did not want to help me. I am the only one provider for my family of 4. During 8 weeks in a row my wife saw my back at the computer. On September 6, 2024, I filed the lawsuit No. 5:24-cv-00514-FL. But it was only the beginning. Mr. Merchan sabotaged serving of the summons upon him in New York City. Three private investigators failed to serve.

In the meantime, on November 5, 2024, we, The People of the USA, gave overwhelming mandate to President Trump to MAGA and MAHA, to cleanse this country from corruption and to restore the rule of law. President Trump has inspired hundreds millions Americans and maybe billions worldwide to MAGA and MAHA (Make America Great, Healthy and Honest Again), to restore the rule of law not only in the USA, but in the entire world.

 While The President Trump works tirelessly to lead our nation, he needs our support at the grassroots level to ensure lasting change. Corruption in American judiciary imposes existential threats on the core values that bind us as a nation.

I filed this civil action in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina to demand accountability and justice. It is crystal-clear to the entire world that Mr. Merchan and other bad actors abused the lawfare to commit their anti-American crimes. Our civil claim seeks monetary compensation of ~$2.2 million in damages. However, this campaign is about much more than money. It’s about ending the culture of corruption that endangers the dreams of hardworking Americans like you.

THE CHALLENGE 

For months, my efforts to serve the summons upon judge Merchan were obstructed, delaying the case and testing our resolve. On December 17, 2024, the NYC Sheriff successfully served the summons, marking a significant milestone in this journey. Thank you Sheriff! However, the fight is far from over. The road ahead involves investigations, legal representation, and potentially appeals to higher courts to ensure justice is served.
