The court dismissed our case with a one-line docket entry stating that “Plaintiffs’ objections are not well taken,” instead of issuing a real, lawful ruling on the merits or allowing this case to proceed, the court has chosen to shield Utah's government wrondoers. These rulings were issued just in docket text entries. Our election case has been pushed aside, and now a magistrate judge is poised to grant the defendants’ request for 131,166.50 in attorneys’ fees—punishing us for standing up, even though this kind of fee award in our situation is unlawful and unjust.
