United We Stand With Kristen!!

We’re standing UNITED with Kristen Nagle in this unique $5 campaign because we will not allow the government and the court system to make an example of courageous government workers such as nurses when they stand up against something that they don’t believe is right. We’ve started this campaign so we can all unite, we can all be part of the solution and we can all move forward from today on knowing that when we band together, no one ever has to be afraid of standing up for the truth because together we are stronger.

This powerful $5 campaign is to help Kristen Nagle overcome $100k worth of fines for peacefully protesting and attending a church service. The latest $20k+ fines only handed down this past month even though the Emergencies Act has been proven unconstitutional. 

This is fundamentally about all of us. You are at serious risk. Do you want doctors and nurses in Canada to forever be frightened to tell you the truth and to stand up for what they know is right? Do you want your children to see that when they speak the truth they will be fined, beaten and persecuted? Help us show the Government of Canada that we the people stand united with the truth and we will not allow our people to be terrorized in this way. Most Canadians believe they have the right to protest but this right is being taken away.

We believe that this is a pivotal moment in our history if we value freedom. Kristen Nagle was one of the foundational leaders in the freedom movement who helped Canadians wake up and see at large what was being unjustly done to us. She empowered thousands of people to stand up for their values, for medical freedom, for autonomy and justice at the risk of her own personal character, livelihood and even personal safety. 

We know you know Kristen. We know you saw her on the front lines of the convoy, face to face with military men there only to beat peaceful protesters who were holding hands, praying and asking for a conversation. She helped us become stronger, she helped us remember that we too can be brave in the face of tyranny and that no matter what, we need to stand up to injustice. 

Kristen needs us now and also…..this isn't just about Kristen...

This is about all of us.  

Trudeau’s use of the Emergencies Act has been ruled unconstitutional in January 2024, yet the courts are laying down their harshest punishments for Kristen for simply leading and organizing peaceful protests, speaking the truth about inefficient and harmful public health practices and going to a church service. 

Kristen’s fines are mounting to upwards of $100,000. They are not fines for crimes committed but punishment for dissent. She is being made an example of so that Canadians from this day forward will forever be afraid to stand up for themselves. 

For that reason, we are stopping them with this campaign. 

We are here to stand united with Kristen Nagle to say:

“We won’t stand down”

“We won’t be afraid”

And “You will not do this to her….or anyone in this free democratic country because united we stand.”

We are asking you, our dear community, to contribute just $5 to our United with Kristen campaign so we can not only show her that we are so grateful for everything that she did, but we will also show the government and our broken legal system that you won’t treat Canadians this way.

We are building a united army for Kristen and for everyone in Canada from this day forward. We are sending a bold message to our government that we the people are not afraid and we the people will always fight for what is right and just. They are trying to make an example of Kristen so no one in Canada will ever have a dissenting voice again. If Kristen is left to bear this burden on her own everyone in Canada will forever be fearful. 

(And as a side note, please don’t forget the many many protests in the thousands that occur weekly in Canada where no one is punished. Please see this for what it is, this is punishment for dissent and this is not something we can stand for in Canada.)

More about Kristen Nagle: 

• Kristen worked at the London Health Sciences' Centre's Children's Hospital of Western Ontario since 2012 as a registered neonatal nurse. 

•  She led the charge with Canadian Front Line Nurses helping shed led on the harmful public health practices and was a huge voice in the freedom convoy movement. 

• On February 6th 2024, she was convicted guilty on two accounts 1. organizing a rally and 2. attending a rally in London, Ontario November 22, 2020. This fell under the Reopening of Ontario Act. She was then sentenced 20k + court costs (victim surcharge).

• September of 2022 she was also found guilty and charged for attending church on April 25th, 2021 (Easter Sunday), this charge has been appealed and we are still awaiting decision. All fines had to be paid in full in order for appeal to be heard.

• Canadian Frontline Nurses also put forth a libel/defamation suit against Canadian Nurses Association and Together News Media, we lost and sentenced to pay the defendants 320k in court costs. Myself, along with one other member of CFN paid these costs using our Home Equity Lines of Credit. 

• She just went through two more trials this February after the Emergencies Act was deemed illegal and unconstitutional with an extra $20k in fines (so far) with potentially much more to come.
