FREE AT LAST!!!!!
My Dad met me in the frozen Tundra of Wisconsin AT MIDNIGHT on January 20th after President Trump signed the historic J6 pardon. It was 20 degrees below zero! When traveling back to New Jersey, I learned that my recent ex-wife still refuses to allow me to see my son Nathan who will be four years old on February 5th. I am absolutely devasted at this news! The only thing that has kept me alive for the past 4 years is the thought of holding Nathan. I have been forced by her decision to hire another lawyer so I can be allowed to be a part of my son's life.
**Back story on the divorce: My wife filed for divorce ONE WEEK PRIOR to my J6 trial. This absolutely devasted me. I was a broken man! My lawyer, who was not prepared for trial, insisted that I agree to a "Stipulated Agreement" (Agreeing to all charges against me ((True or False)) . She told me to do this and "I would be able to go home on House Arrest and save my family". I only agreed to this because I was not in a proper mental state due to the stress and my best friend abandoning me. My wife and best friend of fifteen years just decided to call it quits when I needed her most.
I immediately knew the Stipulated Agreement was a huge mistake and I demanded my lawyer pull back the agreement. She refused and then abruptly quit! As a result of her inaction, I was ultimately sentenced to twelve years in prison with the possibility of parole only after serving ten years.
If that wasn't bad enough, I was moved 4 days prior to the divorce hearing (by the corrupt BOP and Biden Regime). I didn’t have a lawyer to represent me and being that I wasn't able to attend the hearing to tell my side of the story, EVERYTHING went to my ex-wife. Her lawyer flat out lied about me and made me look like a monster to the judge instead of the loving and devoted husband/father I am. I LOST EVERYTHING! …My parents haven’t even been able to see my son! My ex-wife refuses to allow me to even talk to Nathan! I have no idea why this is happening to me. I just don’t understand what I did or where my ex-wife’s mind is at. I just want to hold my baby boy! I 100% blame the Biden Regime and the corrupt media.
Again, I have now been forced to hire yet another lawyer to try to get custody of my son Nathan. I can't even grab my clothes, tools, or vehicle. I have no way to even make a living right now because my tools and transportation are unobtainable. If not for my parents I wouldn't even have a place to live. This is a complete nightmare!
To date I have spent over $200,000 on lawyer fees and I am COMPLETELY BANKRUPT! I have only the clothes on my back and the funds that Patriotic Supporters recently sent me through Give Send Go.

This is our updated campaign page for Christopher Joseph Quaglin arrested and detained without the hope of release to his family (Wife and newborn son) since April 07, 2021. Since his arrest he has been shipped off to seven different jails, tortured by guards, beaten by gang members, been refused necessary medical treatment for months and housed in solitary confinement for weeks at a time for simply requesting he be provided proper food in compliance with his life sustaining, medically required diet. Currently he is housed in the Washington DC Gulag. As a result of his ongoing ordeal we continue to attempt to raise donations for Chris in order to defray the cost of his legal defense and ongoing personal needs and dietary expenses. To date friends and family have incurred over $250,000 just in legal bills. Chris has exhausted all of his personal savings. One hundred percent of the donations collected from friends and family have been paid out in attorney fees. Additionally all J6 detainees are required to pay the entire cost of obtaining supplemental commissary food and personal care items they require to simply maintain a reasonably healthy diet and tolerable sanitary living conditions.
In Chris' case he was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the early age of ten. Individuals diagnosed with this debilitating disease cannot consume any food items containing wheat gluten. Since his incarceration began Chris has permanently shed more than sixty pounds. The Department of Corrections is unwilling to insure the proper nourishment he and other Celiac afflicted detainees require. Individuals diagnosed with Celiac Disease, who fail to adhere to a strict gluten free diet, subject themselves to a life rift of significant intestinal maladies which, if left untreated, can lead to death due to malnourishment and starvation. So far the family has been able to cover Chris' dietary expenses and personal needs but we really need the help of Patriots like you in order to see that his ongoing essential needs are met.
