The show "Only in Iola" was created for true family entertainment.  This show is an unscripted true reality show in which a husband and wife team, Perry and Shanalee, along with their young son, Braydon, go from a large Texas metropolis to the city of Iola, Texas, population of around 300.

This show as been herald as the modern day "Green Acres" or the Texas version of "Duck Dynasty".  When the crew and family of the show started this journey, they knew that going independent would be the only way to ensure their prayers would be left in the show and using big words like "God" and "Jesus" would not be removed on the edit room floor.
