We are stronger together (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12)! Thank you for your support. Through One Shepherd Ministries we have been called to build a new and unique online Christian Community to unite believers, Churches, and businesses run by Christians. This community will not only provide a public space for believers to come together to talk, chat, and even video conference, but will provide much needed resources for churches to meet online via voice and/or video (for things like live streaming services to members, prayer meetings...etc).

We have broken the campaign up in to 3 phases...

Phase 1 - Infrastructure and Online Site development 4 months ($57,761)

The investment during this time is for equipment and infrastructure, cost for site development including "man hours" for administrative time, site development and ongoing beta testing with 3 churches (approximately 300 members in the community) and possibly adding 3 Businesses. Offering a least 1 public community event. Investment will also cover expense for event presenter.

Phase 2 - Expansion of Beta Testing 4 months ($61,825)

Expansion to build to 1000 active community members with at least 5 churches, 10 Businesses and offering at least 2 public community events.

The investment during this time will include additional investment in equipment and infrastructure as well as ongoing development & testing as well as onboarding/training of moderation staff and the costs of speakers for 2 events.

Phase 3 - Full Launch of Community ($88,832)

The final stage will be the public launch of the community and transition from a beta model to a full fledged subscription service.

The investment during this time will be utilized to maintain necessary operation personnel and infrastructure necessary for developing a fee based system. Further funds will be utilized for outreach and promotion of the community to Churches, individuals, and businesses so the Community becomes self sustaining financially.
