Help Protect Neurodivergent Children:
My name is MJ. I'm a high-functioning Autistic Christian Mom who is standing up to save the Neurodivergent children, like my daughter, from the Transgender Ideology raging in our public schools in New Brunswick.
Neurodivergent children—those with Autism, ADHD, and other conditions—are especially vulnerable to this Transgender Ideology. They are promised that transitioning will solve their struggles, but instead, it deepens their confusion, depression, and isolation. These children need our protection, not secretive encouragement down a dangerous path.
I NEED legal help. One specialized in Human Rights. I've approached many lawyers in New Brunswick who are qualified, however no one was able to help me for free. No specialized legal 'charaties' across Canada thought my case '... was something their organization could focus on at the moment.'
I am angry and determined. I will self-represent if I must, and try to save children from this madness. I pray it does not come to that. I will be going up against VERY well funded groups with several crafty lawyers.
On October 2, 2024 I will be standing in front of a Judge to plead why I must represent kids, like my daughter, the Neurodivergent parents and ALL children in the court case:
Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) vs. The Minister Of Education (EECD) and the Province of New Brunswick. Or the CCLA v. EECD
The Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) at the UK "...Tavistock clinic ignored evidence that 97.5% of children seeking sex changes had autism, depression or other problems that might have explained their unhappiness..."

I'm fighting to save kids like my daughter—the countless other vulnerable Neurodivergent children—from a harmful ideology that nearly cost her life. My high-functioning Autistic daughter was secretly encouraged by 🏳️⚧️Activist Teachers🏳️⚧️ to believe she was "born in the wrong body." This manipulation almost drove her to suicide, and it devastated our family.
Now, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) is suing to bring back the old Policy 713, which allowed teachers to hide a child’s gender transition from their parents.
The amended CURRENT policy now requires that parents be involved, ensuring that families can provide the love, support, and guidance their children need.
If the CCLA wins, it could set a dangerous legal precedent across Canada, stripping parents of their right to protect their children.

WE need people of Faith to stand up for their children too. We are NOT 'being kind' by affirming the Adult Predators, the teachers that spread this to kids. My daughter told me, 'someone' said to her "What religion are your parents?" When she replied she was Catholic, the person told her "Catholic! They are the worst. They always chose the Catholic Church over their kids." WHICH IS NOT TRUE!
And the children brainwashed immediately start condemning any religion that stands against this Transgender lie.
Please remember, these children, even the ones who assisting within the school to spread this social disease are innocent. It will take a lot of love to bring them back to reality.

Update #2 " Is It Good News? "

A lawyer I previously contacted is willing to help me at a reduced rate if I do all the paper work, filing, and standing up in court myself! They will guide me with the hardest part-- telling me what paper work I must fill out and hand in to the court. They will double check my work, give advice, and I correct the work myself.
This is good news! What do you think?
$6500.00 is the new cost.
It is still out of my personal financial range.
I'm having trouble even buying groceries!
But I'm not complaining. It is better than the original quote of $20,000 so many lawyers gave me.
God is giving me hope!

Update: Why are they stalling?

The OTHER intervenors, as in the parties who believe children must be Transitioned, are refusing to acknowledge my legal requests for their documents. I've given mine. Where's their's?
What's the hold up?
The Provincial Election.
These groups who want their funding to continue, want the Liberals in Power in the Province. They are hoping for Premier Higgs and the Minister of Education to be kicked OUT of power before I can be heard.
I need to submit a 'Report' and my 'Legal Brief' or what I'm going to argue in court 3 days before Oct.2nd. Their power play? Give me their 1000 page briefs EACH the morning of court. Which means, I won't be able to read them or prepare my rebuttal before 2pm when the hearing begins.
Sneaky, right? But happens all the time in court.
What are they hoping for?
Me to ask the Judge to postpone the hearing. Which means, the public hears nothing I have to say about the how the Autistic, ADHD, Bipolar, and so many more Neurodivergent kids are being manipulated into destroying their healthy bodies, and tearing families apart due to stress and lies, BEFORE the provincial election.
What I don't understand is why so many New Brunswickers haven't heard anything about the gravity of this court case, and what it means for their children and THEIR FAMILIES.
Please help the kids of New Brunswick and tell everyone you know about this historic court case. Parental rights are on the line. If kids are ruled to having the same rights as adults in regards to sex and gender identity, we parents cannot stop them from being abused by sexual predators. As in, pedophiles. Because, if the child is convinced they WANT to experiment with the NICE PERSON, we have no legal right to stop it.
School aged kids. As in, kids ages 5 years old and up.
