The Coalition of Conservatives in Action (CCIA) is partnering with the Las Cruces Police Department (LCPD) to provide essential carrying solutions (like backpacks, carts, duffels, etc.) or other needed items for homeless individuals. These bags will replace the inappropriate use of stolen grocery carts for carrying personal belongings. These bags will be distributed in outreach alongside LCPD when citations are being given to those in possession of stolen carts. Our focus is on those who are truly in need as opposed to enabling crime and addiction.
