As citizens of the United States of America, we have God given rights to be free people without excessive intrusion into our lives. That is why I have refused to disclose my medical information and allow my employer, Rivers Casino and Resort, to invade my privacy rights. For this, I have been targeted by my employer with abusive tactics, including harassment, threats and suspension without pay. Even though Gov. Hochul lifted indoor mask mandate on Feb. 10, my employer continues to harass not only me, but other workers about face masks. Rivers establishment still pushes the CDC misguided guidelines of masks to this day, and the people involved are getting away with discriminatory tactics using Covid as a cover. Ignoring rights contained in the United States Constitution, Rivers is left to do what they please without oversight.

How I was targeted is simple: In December of last year, a family member tested positive for Covid 19. I was instructed to immediately call my manager and call out of work, immediately seek a covid test, and immediately call the HR department. In less than a day, I tested negative, emailed the HR department, and was questioned about my vaccination status. I said, "That's private medical information that I do not have to share with you, but I will return to work."

I was unable to go back to work because the arbitrary rule became vaccinated workers could go back to work, unvaccinated workers had to quarantine for 10 days using their paid time off, if any. Rivers stopped covering pay for covid absences well before this.

I returned to work December 26 and was interrogated by three individual supervisors who wanted me to declare my vaccination status. Once again, I refused. Thereafter, a paper was passed out to myself and my coworkers requesting our vaccination status. Workers who did not turn in the medical information paper suffered from weeks of harassment, threats, and abuse by Rivers establishment. This is all after the Supreme Court of the United States deemed vaccine mandates unconstitutional and unenforceable.

Please help me obtain the legal fees needed to hold Rivers accountable and restore democracy in this once great state of New York. I am unafraid to stand up for the truth about everything during this -storm. I am willing to stand up for the masses that have become scared to stand up for themselves, FREE CITIZENS OF THE USA.
