Please help save our home. The living room floor beams (joist) have failed suddenly and completely. This year I have already had a heart attack, and a stroke. I am disabled, semi-isolated, and completely unable to do this repair even though I have the knowledge. I completely own my home. I chose years ago to forgo using any form of credit, have no credit file, therefore cannot simply get a loan of any type. I'm a veteran, former law enforcement officer / first responder and a senior citizen.
