I need to pay for Emergency repairs to my home's living room floor. The support beams (joist) have failed suddenly and completely. NO repairs are started despite photos. Photos are EXAMPLES of joist replacement. This year I have already had a heart attack, and a stroke. I am disabled, semi-isolated, and completely unable to do this repair even though I have the knowledge. I completely own my home. I chose years ago to forgo using any form of credit, have no credit file, therefore cannot simply get a loan of any type. I'm a veteran, former law enforcement officer / first responder and a senior citizen.
