I am Chuck Keplar and I am running district 3 councilor in Clark County. I am a Christian pastor, husband of 27 years and father to 8 kids, 6 that we have adopted through the foster system. I am running because I am tired of people doing whatever it takes to get elected and then they disappear or turn against the very ideals that got them elected. It is time to return to common sense initiatives in the county. I will be a visible and vocal presence in the Clark County Council. I will work tirelessly to reduce taxes, stop tolls, reduce crime and to have our communities thrive.
