Dear friends in faith,

Shawn and Laura Bradshaw, our dear friends, have faithfully served in numerous roles at Faith Baptist Church, in Knightdale, for over 10 years. They have been a genuine reflection of Christ's love and light to hundreds of families in our community during this past decade.

As you likely know, Shawn's employment ended on Thursday, July 6, 2023, when he was released from his position on the pastoral staff at Faith. Shawn has made the decision not to sign a conditional release agreement and has therefore forfeited any severance payout from the church.

This is where we all have an opportunity to step up and support the Bradshaw family. To financially assist Shawn and Laura during this uncertain season in life, we have established a financial campaign to show our love, gratitude and support to encourage and bless them during this time of transition.

Shawn, Laura, and their family exemplify the light that Jesus spoke of in Mathew 5:14-16: "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

The goal of this campaign is to raise support, but even more, to ultimately be a blessing and semblance of gratitude for their friendship and dedicated faithful service at Faith Baptist Church. We ask that you prayerfully consider helping us meet or exceed any goal in supporting this wonderful family and continue to pray for them as they move forward.
