2020 changed everything for The Langs.

When everything and everyone around them had failed them, Keith threw in the towel. "Let’s just sell everything and start over.” When Keith shared the thought, he didn’t think his wife would jump. After all, she had lovingly cultivated the flowers her grandfather had grown in his garden.

“I’m all in.” She offered.

Kathy had already been letting go of what had been. "Once a tornado rips you apart, there is no coming back to what once was.  I had to let go of the dream that we’d ever have it back. Even if we had been able to rebuild, it would never be the same.” Kathy shared.

The feelings Keith had were closely aligned. "We trusted people. We trusted the system. We trusted the process. It left us broken - physically, mentally, and financially. It was time to turn things upside down and do something completely unexpected."

The rebirth led Keith and Kathy to build a program that takes their shared experiences and hard-fought wins and merges them into a 24-week program. The ABUNDANT LIFE PROGRAM workbook and courses had been in the making with Kathy’s writings and Keith’s Scripture process, but it took a tornado throwing them out of their comfort zone to bring it all together.

The Langs have determined to follow the truths from the ABUNDANT LIFE PROGRAM and live in a way that puts God first even if the world around them looks at them like they’ve lost their minds. “I’ll be honest,” Kathy Lang admitted, “it’s not the first time folks have looked at me like that. It’s part of the reason our company is called Peculiar Productions – because being normal is over-rated.”

The program came together with four concepts in mind:

1.    Love God – without a personal relationship with God, nothing else will ever fall into place.
2.    Love others – we are designed to be in relationships. When the Love of God guides us in and through these relationships, we are better and stronger.
3.    You are unique – your gifts, talents, and abilities are woven in you so you can fulfill your unique place. The more you know God and the stronger you grow that relationship, the easier it will be to unlock who He designed you to be. When you know you, then you are positioned to fulfill your position in the Father’s Business.
4.    Your place in God’s purpose will require intentional action. You have to GO! And you have to find how that looks for your place and for your walk.

We are in this world, but when we try to live in the world’s way, it will fail us every time. Because, even though we are in this world, we are not of this world. Our way is a different Way than the world can even understand.

In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve ate the apple that turned the world upside down. The enemy gained the keys of power. Man lost a connection to God.

In the Resurrection, Jesus turned the world upside right. He took back the keys of power from the enemy and tore the barrier between God and man. Yet, we still live like the enemy is in control. We don’t know what we don’t know and it shows in our daily walk. We are living upside wrong.

The Abundant Life program provides 24-weeks of upside-right focus. It starts with the process of building a habit with God and in His Word. It expands to expose our hearts to others so we can touch the hearts we encounter. It grows in knowing our unique design – the heartseed God planted in each of us at the beginning of time – and then nurturing it until it blooms. And finally, it creates a pattern and path of persistent and intentional steps to lead us to our place in God’s purpose.
