UPDATE on FREEDOM FLOTILLA TO GAZA MISSION 2024 posted May 8

The Emergency Flotilla to Gaza that I raised $ for to join in Istanbul, Turkey is Still in progress. The delay tactics and USrael's control over and pressure on Governments to not allow the OVERDUE aid the Flotilla can bring to depart Istanbul for Gaza are being dealt with as I write.

THE FLOTILLA FROM ISTANBUL WILL SAIL!

We were all requested to depart Istanbul and return to our country of origin until the issue is resolved.

THE FLOTILLA TO GAZA NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT AND PRESSURE on the US GOVERNMENT TO ALLOW IT TO SAIL TO HELP THE PALESTINIANS

I was accepted to join the Flotilla that left OSLO SWEDEN on May 1st making stops at various ports until it leaves Malta for GAZA in August I believe.

I will be doing a leg from Spain to Marques France arriving in Spain July 10th until the 24th and documenting the events, marches, meetings that will be taking place with Officials and Mayors.

I just checked Flights from Philly to Barcelona, the closest city to the port I will depart at, and it came up $1,300! WOW.

I thought it would be much cheaper since I'm NOT booking at the last minute like I did April 16th. Not as much $ is needed for Hotels since I will sleep on the boat for 4 nights.

But, FOOD, YES!

It's BEYOND an Emergency to END the Genocide in Gaza by the US and Israel. The history goes back to 1917 with the Balfour Declaration of the British "giving" the land of Palestine to Israelis that was NOT theirs to give.

I identify with the plight of abused peoples as I have been criminalized for 5 decades for standing up for my rights and the rights of abused children to be safe at "home".

I went with Codepink the first time in 2014 to Cairo for International Women's Day trying to bring supplies and Aid t Gaza via the Rafah border. 80 of the 100 peace delegates were detained and/or deported.

In 2018 I did a leg on the Flotilla around northern Spain to Portugal, then on the ground from Portugal to the south of Spain.
