I finished going through the 2nd half (pages 3000 thru 6341) of Sandy’s FB return. I took screenshots of the notable communications. See attached.

There wasn’t much regarding their intent on going down to DC on the 6th, especially anything about “trying to stop the electoral certification”. More that they were going down to show support and attend the rally………. And admitting that they were there and went inside. There were a lot of duplicates throughout the 3000+ pages.

Let me know when you finish going though the first half, then we can put it all together to send to USAO.

In the above communication, the Homeland Agent indicated he saw an indication her motive for going to DC was to show support and attend, and specifically noted he did not see an indication her motive for going was to stop the electoral certification. The FBI special agent on the stand at the time, agreed the Homeland SA made that assessment of Weyer’s intent, but he said he did not agree. The FBI agent however did not provide any evidence the assessment of the Homeland SA was inaccurate, nor did he provide any evidence that she did go with intent to stop the certification on Jan 6.
