We are turning to you with a heavy heart but optimistic spirit, on behalf of Todd and Linda Endsley, who have faced an unimaginable ordeal with their dream of homeownership. After moving into what they believed was a step towards owning their home through a rent-to-own agreement, Todd and Linda have instead fallen victim to a distressing scam. 

The Situation:

Deceived Dreams: The Endsleys entered into a rent-to-own contract in good faith, only to discover that the home was not what it seemed. Promises of a livable space turned into a nightmare of necessary repairs and unfulfilled commitments from the landlord please read the links below for the entire ordeal.

Financial Devastation: They've invested their life savings into making the property livable, only to find themselves unable to secure ownership due to the deceptive practices of the owner. This has left them financially drained and emotionally exhausted.

Health and Well-being: Both Todd, a disabled veteran, and Linda, who has suffered multiple heart attacks, are dealing with significant health challenges, made worse by the stress and betrayal they've endured.

Linda was also sexualy harassed by the owner.
