National March for Life 2023

Since 1974 people all across the nation have been gathering at the steps of the Supreme Court, annually, to voice the life-affirming principal that all life has value, especially the most vulnerable of us in the womb. Last year our country received amazing news that the Supreme Court ruling Roe v Wade was overturned and that it would be up to the states to decide on whether or not abortion should be allowed.

Pike Pro-Life sent four local residents to the Pennsylvania March for Life to let our local legislators know that Pike County is Pro-Life. We will not stope there, The fight on the federal level is not over. Half of the Senate approves of a right to abortion and many of the representatives share this view, or are lukewarm on defending life. That is why we must show up and tell our legislators we will not stand by and let the murder of innocent children continue.

Pike County Pro-Life is hosting a van to send 15 local residents to our nation's capitol to let law-makers know that the fight for life is not over; That the people of this nation stand for life and life-affirming legislation on the state and federal level; and, that the people of the United States will not shy away on the needs of mothers, children, and families.

If contributions exceed our need of $750 the money will go to Tri-State Family & Pregnancy Center, a pro-life pregnancy resource center located right in Milford, PA.
