UPDATE FROM STEWART RHODES: ALL GLORY TO GOD! The Lord has granted me and my Oath Keepers co-defendants a great victory! Our convictions were vacated and our charges have been dismissed! By the grace of God, we have been legally restored to all our rights as citizens as innocent, unindicted men. It really is a miracle!

Truly, what man means for evil, God will use for good!

On May 21, 2026, the DC Court of Appeals issued an order vacating the convictions of the eight commuted Oath Keepers J6ers (including me, Stewart Rhodes). And the Trump Admin DOJ then filed a motion in the District Court to dismiss the underlying indictments with prejudice (meaning no new trials could be pursued in future on these charges).

And on August 4, 2026, the DC District Court granted that motion and dismissed our indictments! We are now legally restored to where we were prior to this whole nightmare began - we are all innocent, unindicted men. As if it had never happened (except for the loss of years of our lives). PRAISE GOD!

And this also means that my disabled veterans benefits should be fully restored (I'm in communication with the VA about that right now, and submitting the necessary paperwork).

I want to thank all who prayed for us during our ordeal, and all who donated to support my legal defense and my commissary fund while I was in prison (and likewise for those who donated to my brothers and sisters), and I also want to thank all those who continued to donate after I was released from prison as I began to pick up the pieces of my shattered life to rebuild and carry on with my life's mission to defend our Constitution and the God-given liberty of the American people. I deeply appreciate your brave patriotism and your generosity.

I remain unbowed, unbroken, and, trusting in the Lord, I remain resolved to rebuild Oath Keepers, even after all I and my co-defendants went through. I feel honor-bound to not let our enemies or THE Enemy (the Father of Lies) win. I will continue to walk in faith, looking to the Lord to give us courage and wisdom, so that we may do His will. Remember, duty is ours. Results are God's. Let's do our duty and trust in the Lord.

We will be creating a new membership system, online vetted member forums and communications systems, and we will be rebuilding our local and state chapters. I welcome all prior members who are still committed to the mission of honoring our oaths to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Yes, we will be making many changes and improvements, especially after our experience of being targeted with relentless de-platforming, de-banking, and "lawfare" persecution. But we won't let our enemies intimidate us or prevent us from doing our duty. Please stay tuned as we rebuild, and please donate to support this critical effort.
