In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the chaos that has unfolded around me, I often find myself pondering the surreal nature of my current reality. Hello, I'm Matthew Guertin, the person behind InfiniSet, but more importantly, I'm someone who's found themselves inadvertently cast in a narrative so bizarre, it feels like the script of a really bad Netflix movie - because it is.

InfiniSet is the name I came up with for the VR treadmil system I invented and was granted a patent for on February 14th, 2023. It is an idea which has major implications in virtual film production, virtual reality, military simulation training, and the metaverse as a whole. It is precisely because of this that I have become the target of multiple US government agencies which includes the US State Department, DARPA, Defense Intelligence Agency, US Air Force, and the US Army.

I make these claims based on the irrefutable and 100% verifiable searches that were being carried out by all of these agencies for the still unfinished and non-promoted LinkedIn page I had just setup not long before thinking up the InfiniSet idea in early February of 2021 - It is a LinkedIn page which I wasn’t even on at all during the time that all of these searches were taking place as I was instead busy building my prototype and company. In addition to these government agencies I have also very clearly become the target of military defense contractors including Lockheed Martin, Janes Defence, 3Gimbals, and KBR Inc. among others.

To be clear - I was not at all aware of these searches while they were occurring, but instead ended up ‘putting all of the pieces together’ and realizing the full scope of what was actually taking place in September/October of 2023 at which point I have been doing nothing but working to investigate and uncover the egregious actions of those in positions of power ever since. Actions which resulted from me doing nothing more than thinking up a really good idea, filing a patent for it, and then ‘minding my own business’ as I worked diligently to complete my prototype and launch my company.

10/31/2022 - The CEO of Mark Robert’s Motion Control replying in an email and pointing me to a PhotoRobot product that I would later realize was fraud

11/8/2022 - My discovery of the identical Netflix patent application

12/9/2022 - My realization of the PhotoRobot fraud taking place

1/5/2023 - Emails discussing the fraud taking place

1/12/2023 - My attempt at reaching out to the FBI for help and a subsequent visit to the Minnetonka Police Department where I reported the fraud

1/15/2023 - My attempt at contacting computer forensic specialists in addition to reaching out to the US Secret Service for help

1/18/2023 - Stumbling across an ai generated video and realizing everything I was dealing with revolved around the use of advanced ai, at which point I went back to the Minnetonka Police Department as I was starting to become really freaked out

1/21/2023 - Automated email arrives indicating that Forcepoint along with 3Gimbals both searched for my LinkedIn profile sometime during the prior week (not realized by me until October of 2023)

1/21/2023 - After nothing but collecting evidence of the fraud the prior 6 weeks, all of my electronic devices being hacked into (including over Bluetooth after disconnecting from the internet and disabling my WiFi adapter), my phone calls seemingly being re-routed, my first time stumbling across ai, and the realization that my ‘former’ CIA welder was likely involved, I suffer from an acute stress reaction (‘fight or flight’) in which I essentially became frozen in fear and I shoot a gun into the air to ‘call for help’. This was an extremely traumatic experience to say the least..

Long story short my future is in the process of being destroyed currently - that’s how I perceive it anyways.

I have invested my entire life into InfiniSet ever since I first conceived the idea. This includes all of my time, personal financial resources, and all available financial resources of my mother and aunt who believed in my dream. It is precisely because of this that I am currently about to completely run out money while at the same time my aunt needs to sell her place - the place I moved to after my supposed ‘police standoff’ and continued forward with my venture prior to me realizing the full scope of ‘what’ and ‘who’ were all involved in the chaos that has now become my ‘life’

Yet, amidst all of this uncertainty, my resolve remains unshaken. The current legal accusations against me, stemming from manipulative tactics carried out by the very same entities currently in the process of attempting to steal my life’s work have only fortified my determination. These charges have not only drained my resources but also cast a shadow over my existence, compelling me to seek not just justice but a means to continue the work that defines me.

As I stand on the precipice of a personal financial crisis, the immediacy of my needs grows more apparent with each passing day. The survival of InfiniSet and, by extension, my own, hinges on an ability to mount a robust defense against the patent threats I face along with an ability to maintain the operational viability of my company InfiniSet, Inc., a testament to my commitment and belief in its potential.
