Stand With "Juice": Support for Julie’s Fight Against Stage 4 Cancer

Our loved one is facing an unimaginable battle. On Thursday, February 26th, Julie Burnett Roberts—known to all as "Juice"—was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bile Duct Carcinoma. The cancer has already metastasized to her spine and lymph nodes, leaving us with a grim prognosis.

The Warrior We Know:

Julie is a devoted wife to Ben and mother to three children: Gracie (19) and twins Beau and Lucy (16). She is a pillar of her church, a dedicated member of the bell choir, and the person her family & friends turn to for advice and a helping hand. After working for 10 years and almost never taking a sick day, she is now focusing every ounce of her strength on this fight.

The Path Forward:

Julie began an intensive 10-day radiation treatment on February 28th, which will be followed immediately by chemotherapy. However, we are not stopping there. To give Julie the best possible chance, we are seeking a second opinion and specialized treatment at MD Anderson.
