Hello, my name is Elizabeth Cuevas Neunder. My husband (77, a heart patient) and I (72) have lived in our Sarasota County, Florida home for over 36 years. We built it from the ground up with love, sacrifice, and decades of hard work. We raised our children here, and our home is absolutely not for sale.

For the past six years, we have been relentlessly targeted and harassed by an aggressive HOA board and their high-powered attorney. Because of my background as a Conservative Christian Puerto Rican, we have faced selective enforcement, false accusations, and a frivolous lawsuit designed to drain us completely.

The Financial Crisis We Face:

1. $75,000+ Already Spent: We have entirely drained our fixed income and retirement savings trying to defend ourselves.
2. The $66,000 Ambush: We were recently ambushed in mediation with a massive $76,500 legal bill from the HOA's attorney.
3. The Goal: They want to bankrupt us so we give up our home. We refuse to surrender.

I have always been a giver—volunteering, mentoring, and serving my community for decades. I never thought I would be the one asking for help. But we are on a fixed income, the legal bills are mounting, and we cannot fight this Goliath alone.
