Unpaid family caregivers are largely disregarded in our society.  Chronic illnesses as a direct result of unpaid care giving and poverty among these givers are rampant.  Services for unpaid caregivers are mostly for caregiver training on how to effectively provide the care giving.  Support groups, without hands on action are useless.  We live in paradigm-shifting times.  What was working for caregivers before 2019 is not working now. 

What if there is a way to empower unpaid caregivers to maintain or achieve health with simple, budget-friendly strategies? A way for the unpaid caregivers to thrive in the most difficult care giving situations? There is a way, namely,  caregiver health coaching through health coaching workshops and the 7 Steps to Joyful Caregiving Program. 

Unpaid caregivers don't have the necessary resources to health coach themselves. This is why I am initiating this campaign. Rosalynn Carter, Former First Lady of the United States, said: "There are only four kinds of people in the world–those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers".
