Hi, I'm Mike and I am on SSI and Medicare. However, sadly Medicare doesn't fully cover my Extraction and bone graft. I require around $1,000 for the procedure and can't get the money myself. If I don't get this done, my mouth will become super messed up and I won't be able to eat certain foods anymore. I'm hoping there are some people out there willing to help a guy out.
