Before we even get started on why we are here today, first things first: we need serious prayers for these two young men. Above all else, we are asking for prayer for the mental health of two healthcare workers who have fought long and hard for their New York City patients to live and flourish in honesty and truth. Due to the nature of the internet and how things have spiraled out of control, both families have requested that we remain as discreet as possible. They do not participate online, but they are aware of what takes place here. Both families are as blue-collar as they come; they keep their heads down, work hard, and pray. They have reached out to us for help because they do not know where to turn. After much prayer on our end, we felt led here by the Holy Spirit.

Howard and Jeff, major union workers in a private NYC healthcare system, have lost their jobs. After consulting with a few lawyers, we believe this discharge has been unjust and is a direct result of several factors. Firstly, they unashamedly supported President Donald Trump in 2016, 2020, and 2024. They thought that thoughtful and fair conversations were being had among their colleagues, but they were wrong. That was the beginning of their troubles. Not to mention they have both been trying to spread awareness amongst the non medical staff, about what really happened on site and how the ventilators were reused from Covid confirmed patients and non Covid confirmed patients (this is nearly featured in an their news coverage for how they handled Covid! They cut out before showing procedure coincidentally). This has not just spread the virus flown in from China but a huge no-no, insurance scam (over charging for use of the ventilators which weren’t many, and unnecessary use). These two have dedicated their time to the healthcare system and their literally lives. They showed up around the clock and didn’t complain once! They knew what they signed up for and now they have been cast aside like SWINE AFTER they openly expressed gratitude to have President Donald Trump back in office. We are inclined to believe this has a lot to do with the amount of immigrants that work along side them that allegedly felt “offended” and uncomfortable. Everyone who did not vote for President Donald Trump has been allowed to express their emotions but when these two did, suddenly a huge fact finding explosion was in place. Being let go because of “code of conduct violation” does not constitute proper discharge and we intend to fight. Neither of them have violated anything! They have not ever once been disrespectful, insubordinate, so much as late in fact they have been shining examples of what it means to serve! They served a community hoping to do good which did not even belong to them! Not to mention literally right before the holidays is INSANE! No one in management or their so called union (how wonderful to pay DUES every month and for them to be as useless as a thin sheet of paper) will explain how they violated conduct outside of “complaints” were filed. The union did absolutely nothing and it is clear they are in the medical centers back pocket! They were never able to face these complaints head on. We are absolutely shocked at what has happened. We are trying to handle this with as much humility and Christian-like approach —offline because both of them aren’t social media platforms warriors, they are just two hard working people with young children fighting to live, which is completely overran and congested with too many “people” (we tread lightly there but if you’re familiar with NYC…). If you have not been paying attention, those who believe and casted their ballot in favor of our President have been prosecuted for simply believing and having faith! Our favorite book Matthew Chapter 5 Sermon on the Mount dives into this as it says “Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for their's is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.” Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭10-13

‭‭They live in NYC and work here because of the good opportunity but now that, that has been ripped out from underneath them, times have gotten HARD! Their roots are here! We typically don’t do online crowd raising, our work is community outreach on the ground in the Baptist, Methodist, and Non-Denominational communities. We have done ministry work through hurricane Irene, Sandy, and Ida as well. We are here because a close friend recommended this platform for two reasons, a prayer wall and it’s Christian owned. We have no clue what the outcome will be BUT this is worth every effort for us to get this done. We are not pandering for a millions of dollars, rather a small amount to get them back on their feet and guidance in the right direction with their current legal counsel. It took so much pride and dying to themselves to even ask for help! This has been ongoing for a while. Our goal is to lift these two up and ultimately any one else who has outreached for help. We prayed and prayed and our focus right now is THEM, THEIR FAMILY and this campaign. When we say God has called us here, He has! We specialize in ministry and our background comes from healthcare work, first responders, and the financial world. We have unfortunately depleted our available funds helping the community and whatever any one can give will help! We will not shy away even from 1 penny. If that 1 penny can at least fight for this EGREGIOUS injustice we will literally take it! 

No amount of support is too small. Your prayers, mainly, we KNOW will reach God. We ask that you join us every Wednesday night in prayer, whether you’re in your car, at home, at work, or anywhere in the world! Every Wednesday night, we have been praying at 7:05 PM EST. This means the world to them! As we gather as much as we can for strong counsel, please, please, please PRAY for them! Again, we ask you to PRAY for them! Psalms 91:3-4!

This situation has taken a serious toll on them and their families. This campaign is more than just about Howard and Jeff; it’s about the body of Christ showing up for each other. Being a conservative and a believer shouldn’t mean you will be prosecuted and presumed guilty before being proven innocent.

We’re not a big organization—just three tiny believers with the faith and hope of a mustard seed. We have helped over 1,000 families, whether through financial support, prayers, resources, transportation, bringing them to Christ through baptisms, disaster relief, and everything in between. Not many—if any—live as boldly and transparently as we do. We love Jesus, and that’s it. We believe this first goal will bring them justice and relief.

Part of this goal is to help them recover their jobs (they love the community they have built with their patients and genuinely care about their well-being) and to help them temporarily stay afloat into the new year. We’ll deal with what will come in February, but we’re hoping to get something done for both of them until then.
