Ted Judd Sr. recently lost his battle with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
Ted was known locally in St. Charles MI for his small lumber and sawmill business. He seemed to know everybody.
Ted was sociable, and would strike up a conversation with anyone anywhere. When his sawmill customers stopped by they knew to plan for extra time in conversation.
Ted was Dad not only to his own children but also numerous foster children. He showed his generosity by donating what he could to favorite charities, and giving extra wood to schools for shop classes. He would often drop everything to help a friend who called in need.
He will be missed.
