My name is Gabby and I am the proud sister of Adam Fox, one of the men wrongfully convicted in the Gretchen Whitmer fednapping plot. Adam currently is serving his 16 year sentence at the Florence ADMAX federal prison in Colorado, AKA the Alcatraz of the Rockies, where he is by himself 23 hours a day. In order for Adam to be able to make a call each week, have access to commissary, and have the privilege to watch TV (the only normal thing he experiences these days), we have had to pay a monthly fee. If this fee is not paid, we will not hear from Adam and he will lose his privileges. I am seeking donations to help cover Adam’s monthly fee, as it has been raised from $175 to $250. They explained the rise in the fee is due to the money he received from Christmas (the last fundraiser we did!) and from the little bit of extra money we are able to put on for commissary in addition to the monthly fee. This is straight up extortion and there is no telling when they will increase it again. My family and I have been able to maintain paying the fee and providing him what we can for commissary but with the amount being increased, it’s going to become even more stressful. We want Adam to be able to call every week and also have access to basic things like toiletries and snacks. If you have been following Adam’s story, you know his appeal was just heard on May 2nd and it went really well. We are hopeful 2024 will be the year he comes HOME.
