I am seeking financial support from the Freedom Community so I may sue School District No. 22 (VERNON), Superintendent CHRISTINE PERKINS and the Trustees of :

On February 14, 2024 CHRISTINE PERKINS, the Superintendent of School District No. 22 (VERNON) called the Royal Canadian Mounted Police wanting to file criminal charges of Libel against myself because I shared the “THESE PEOPLE” viral poster in a private FaceBook group : * See photo and videos in headline.

CHRISTINE PERKINS and the Trustees of School District No. 22 told the R.C.M.P that the books depicted on the poster are not available for children to access in the districts public libraries.

A criminal investigation was started against myself and the Vernon R.C.M.P were going to forward recommended criminal charges to Crown Counsel for prosecution. The police wanted me to go into the detachment to give them a videotaped statement as a suspect. I told them I would not be giving them a statement but would instead send them the appropriate information showing where the books are located in the schools public libraries, where children can access them.

After receiving my email with the book locations, the R.C.M.P went into some of the elementary schools and found pornographic books sitting on the shelves where children can access them. I spoke with the investigating constable that same day. He was disturbed with what they had found, said it would be an embarrassment to forward this to Crown Counsel for charges against me and they closed the case.

This is the fifth (5th) time CHRISTINE PERKINS has knowingly filed a false and intentionally misleading report with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and been allowed to get away with it. Two (2) have been filed against other Freedom Lovers who were each given a No Trespass Notice from School District No. 22 property by the R.C.M.P, claiming they were being violent at the Public Board Meetings (FALSE). The other three (3) were made against myself, one for writing a Health and Safety email on April 27, 2020, another for standing at the podium during the Public Question and Comment Period at the February 15, 2023 board meeting and the most recent, February 15, 2024 being made because of the viral, “THESE PEOPLE” poster I shared.

CHRISTINE PERKINS and School District No. 22 (VERNON) Trustees must be publicly held accountable for their actions. I plan to file a claim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and I am seeking your assistance in raising the appropriate funds so I am able to file the paperwork.
