My name is Misty Meek, on Dec 16th my whole life was flipped upside down. I was helping a friend who ran out of gas on the highway and was hit while inside my vehicle. The man who hit me was uninsured, as well as my friend and I. He fled the scene on foot as I laid unconscious on the highway. I spent the week and a half before Christmas in the ER with a brain bleed, 3 broken ribs, a broke shoulder & spinal fusion from a broken back in 4 different places. I am asking for the minimal only to ensure I don’t lose my apartment. I was in college full time and ubering to pay bills before the accident. It will be a long journey back to health but I serve a big God and realize that he will always and has always made a way however this time seems harder. So I’m reaching out for help.!
