The DoJ and the Department of the Army continue to delay. We have monthly bills that go out to Patriots Law Group. This is an unfortunate part of pushing back against the government. They ruin families like ours by doing illegal or less than legal things, they exploit loopholes, they drain the finances of everyday Americans. We have continued to fight. It would be nice if law firms would help to alleviate the financial burdens and lower their rates, but this is, sadly not the case. It seems like everyone benefits except for the victims of the crimes committed. Most recently the Department of the Army and the DoJ are using the “Open America Stay” to drag the legal process out until February of 2025. 

Why are they stalling? Why are they doing this to everyone that has pushed back on COVID? Why are they treating my husband and my family this way? Why did they take Chief Warrant Officer 4 from him after he was selected for it? I will tell you why! It’s because they don’t want anyone to see the way service members have been treated! They don’t want to expose the reprisal and the corruption.

The case is official. The army was served a summons and everything was filed with the court on the 8th of April, 2024! 

The case was filed in the District of Columbia district court! The army for a delay. Seems to be the standard with the Army and with the Department of Defense. Delay, delay, delay until people give up and they are allowed to break the law. 

But! This is one wife that doesn’t want to give up! Too many people have been hurt by policies and politics that are deteriorating our military. From DEI to forced, ineffective, injections. Careers are ruined, on hold or have been ended entirely! We can’t sit and do nothing. Idle hands are the devil’s playthings! 

So many service members and their families deserve better! Help us keep up the fight! NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!! Not even the DOD!!

As the wife of an army combat veteran, I can very plainly say that the ARMY IS CORRUPT! 

    The ARBA denied Brandon’s request for removal of a negative evaluation that is associated with the vaccine mandate. The issue we are having is that until we finalize the FOIA lawsuit we are severely hampered by the inability to provide all of the evidence necessary to force the army to remove the negative things filed in his personal records. This is a catch 22, these boards want evidence, but when you file FOIA requests for those documents you are forced to wait years or sometimes the request is denied entirely. 

    This is hard, it’s placed massive burden on our family. Patrick Hughes and Patriots Law Group just sent us a bill for $2,325.00 that is due on the 15th of this month. This bill was for 6.2 hours at $375.00 an hour. This wasn’t even Patrick Hughes working on the reviews and filings. This was another attorney helping Patrick. 

    This is how nefarious forces win… They know that the little guy (all of us) don’t have the means to fight a government that endlessly prints money that it can use to steamroll families like ours. The Department of the Army, and the Department of Defense are shameless, bullying, corrupt organizations. 

    Please help us continue fighting, it is the only way to turn our military around. We are facing dangerous times, if we don’t act now we may never recover what we’ve lost. 

We are now in the process of filing our lawsuit. Brandon has faced more hardship. Most recently the Department of the Army Inspector General issued its final finding on the 27th of December 2023. The IG determined that Brandon’s command had violated military justice. BUT after prodding and inquiries from Brandon and his attempt to approach his command, and after the Army was contacted by a media outlet; the Department of the Army IG changed its final findings a month after initially issuing its finalized conclusion (The date of the change was the 23rd of January 2024). Just to reiterate, the Department of the Army IG changed its final ruling to reflect a ruling in favor of Brandon’s chain of command on the 23rd of January 2024! Worse, they falsified the date of the change to reflect a date of the 22nd of December 2023! This is a violation of UCMJ Article 107! You cannot falsify documents! Our military is corrupt, its leadership is corrupt! Like many Brandon has spent his entire adult life serving his country and these organizations ignore the rules and act as they please. This needs to stop! Too many military families are suffering under despicable leadership like this. Please continue to donate. Fighting back through the federal court system is the only way to rectify the atrocities that are occurring. 

    Brandon filled out the final paperwork and  gave Attorney Patrick Hughes the initial retainer today. This will be a long expensive process, but we need to make this happen. 

    Most recently, on the 27th of December, 2023 Brandon received an email from the Department of the Army Inspector General’s office. Paragraph “f” of the document confirmed what we already knew. It specifically said,”16th Combat Aviation Brigade failed to properly execute military justice in accordance with AR 15-6.” Brandon’s command has pretended not to know what this means, they’ve refused to reverse the damage they’ve UNJUSTLY done to his career!

    We are fed up with our situation, as well as the situations of other service members. This is NOT justice, this is gas-lighting, it’s manipulation, it’s bullying! Brandon’s command is spineless and weak. Unwilling to undo what they should not have done. Prideful men unwilling to admit their mistakes. Pride cometh before the fall!!

     Leaders like these continue to punish service members. Please help us fight. Help us lay out a path for so many others that have been mistreated.

Hello everyone! We hope you had a wonderful and blessed Christmas. We hope the new year brings all of us a little bit of hope. We are so grateful to everyone for the generosity and for believing in our family. As an update, Brandon sent all of the documents to attorney Patrick Hughes. After the review he believes, based on previous cases, our lawsuit is viable. This is big news. We will continue to engage with the attorney and give updates as they come. Thank you so much for the help, for having the courage to have faith in our family. The many travesties and struggles that continue to occur are heartbreaking. When we send a message that says, “This is the line in the sand, we will no longer retreat!” That is when we will start to make progress… If we don’t work tirelessly now, we will be too exhausted to work I the future. 

    Our family is simply one family that’s been placed in an unforgiving wilderness full of wolves and long periods of darkness.
