In 2012, i began animal rescue by volunteering for 2 rescues. I took in multiple dogs at a time, and sometimes mama dogs with puppies, turning my basement into a kennel. Since then through word of mouth, numerous people have have contacted me to take in their pets, which ive done more times then i can count, trying never to turn down a dog in need. All of these dogs are seen by a vet, they are health checked, fully vaccinated, spayed or nuetered, microchipped and sometimes receive more extensive medical treatment, like dental care before i ever adopt them out. All of this is at my own expense. I provide and pay for food, medication and all transportation. I do my best to temperment test and then work with the dog to find an appropriate adopter for a placent into a furever home. I operate just as a normal rescue does without the benefit of being a 501c3, meaning i am a one person show. I currently have 5 foster dogs. Unfortunately one of those foster dogs bit my Chihuahua, Teeter in the face causing multiple fractures in her jaw and almost completely ripping her toungue out. She has been under the care of the vet since Feb 18th and has undergone surgery to repair her injuries. I do my best to help any dog in need, now im asking for your help for my beloved Teeter.
