This fund is being created to be used to end the gas powered car ban in California. All donations will be used to pay for lawyer and legal fees in connection with litigation and legal fees incurred by on the ground activism, if necessary. We can end this ban,  if we push back with litigation and active administration of our rights. It is illegal and a violation of our right to due process. We will overcome.
