Campaign funds will be received by Brook Jackson
Brook Jackson, with extensive experience overseeing clinical research trials, encountered a significant deviation during her brief role as Regional Director of Operations at Ventavia Research Group (now a part of Helios Clinical Research).
Upon discovering widespread fraud in the Pfizer COVID-19 mRNA clinical trial's design, execution, analysis, and reporting, Brook took a bold step by blowing the whistle and initiating a False Claims Act (qui tam) lawsuit. This law permits individuals, known as "relators," who are not government-affiliated, to bring actions on behalf of the government.
Since initiating the lawsuit against Pfizer and their contractors in 2020, Brook has been tirelessly advocating for justice on behalf of the American people, particularly those harmed by this ineffective and dangerous drug.
Supported by a dedicated legal team, she continues to champion justice for those harmed by these unsafe drugs and is exploring further legal actions at both federal and state levels.
Your contributions play a vital role in bolstering Brook's efforts to raise awareness and demand accountability for the observed injustices, impacting not only Americans but individuals globally. Your backing is immensely valued and contributes to driving substantive change in combating unethical practices in clinical research.

Ms. Jackson, You are making history. Our sleepy little NC National Guard Armory just brought Humvees and M-Cat vehicles that can hold Active Denial Systems (on youtube) into Forest City, NC. But we are standing 4 fight back orgs to restore our constitutional control and help the LEOs. I have told your story hundreds of times verbally and with hand outs. The US civil war has begun...
Disappointing but not unexpected court decision. Onward to the 5th Circuit! I'm keeping an eye on it through Barnes' vids. I have faith in a good outcome.
Keep at it Brook. Helping you in what ways I am able.
Go Brook!
Thank you for coming forward Brook. Carry on.
Hello. I’m honored to be in touch with a courageous person such as yourself. Please let me know if I can help you with your campaign for justice. I’m currently dealing with what I believe to be a mRNA vaccine injured loved one. He’s undergoing conventional chemo treatment for “turbo” b-cell lymphoma and kidney failure. My goal is to make sure he survives. Thank you
God Spede!
Go Brook God bless
Thank you for helping right this wrong.
Thank you for staying in the fight! Much respect!
Thank you Brook.
Go get 'em, Brook!
At a time it seems America is desperately short of courage, yours stands as a beacon of hope.

Hi again from Texas! Spring is in the air. I love this time of year because the cold is on its way out, the trees are starting to bud and it's time to clean out my flowerbeds and bring new life and color back to my yard. We are trying to get a garden going again this year as well...tomatoes, zucchini, squash and potatoes are already planted working their way above ground.
No, I'm not writing to tell you about why Spring makes me happy, but there is a parallel to all Spring brings for me and this lawsuit. It's time to bring new life to this fight again! The past several months have been mostly full of filing court briefs back and forth with Pfizer and my legal team, and then a couple more months of waiting on a response from the court. A couple of weeks ago, the court finally issued a response. A new round of oral arguments was ordered for April 17th in Beaumont, TX. Ok, let's do this!
Not so fast. Less than a week later (March 12th), the government filed to intervene in the case and is requesting the case be dismissed. Technically, the law allows them to intervene at any time and to request for dismissal at any time. The law also requires them to state good cause to intervene and dismiss. What is the DOJ's good cause for their request, you ask? And I quote, "In this case, the United States has good cause to intervene because it seeks to dismiss Relator Jackson’s Second Amended Complaint." Yep, that's it...good cause is "because I want to." Oh, and DOJ also tried to get the judge to do what they want without any kind of hearing. lol
Now, as dumb as that sounds, and the legal team thinks it's really lame, the DOJ gets their creativity (or lack thereof) from a 2022 Supreme Court case (Polansky v. Executive Health Resources). This case does not help us at all, but the legal team believes there is plenty to argue despite the simple reason the DOJ has asserted to the court. As for the DOJ's request to dismiss with no hearing, the judge quickly replied that the in person hearing is still on. So for now, we will definitely be in Beaumont on April 17th, but now the topic of debate will be centered on the DOJ's motion to intervene and dismiss.
We will show up ready to fight for the validity of this case and for the justice for all those injured or killed by this ineffective, dangerous drug...and the legal team has a few tricks up their sleeve come April 17th. As the saying goes, "we will not go gently into that good night."
In addition to pressing on in this Federal case, the legal team is considering other types of lawsuits that I am looking forward to helping and assisting with. Follow me on X (Twitter) @IamBrookJackson for ongoing updates.
As always, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the support! Until next time.
~Brook

It's been a minute since I shared an update, so I wanted to take a few minutes now to update you on a few things. First, the court of public opinion is gaining momentum! You may have noticed, but the amount of new information and new people around the world pushing back hard on what has happened over the past three years is very encouraging. The Australian parliament continues to make a lot of noise after their public hearing with Pfizer and Moderna last week. A shout out to Australian Senators Gerard Rennick and Malcolm Roberts for asking the tough questions (and watching both Pfizer and Moderna squeal as they tried to dodge each one). If you haven't seen these parts of the hearing from last week, I would encourage you to take a look here: https://t.co/8MmNtGr1rM
I would encourage you to reach out to your elected officials at all levels as well, and challenge them if they are not talking about this madness. Only a few locally and in Congress are talking about this, and many of those are not talking about it like the Australian Senators above are.
Regarding our false claims act case against Pfizer, a few interesting things have happened since March. In April, the judge dismissed the case. In May my attorneys filed a motion to reconsider and allow us to submit an amended complaint. An appeal was being pursued in parallel to the motion to reconsider due to some tight timelines. Long story short, this week, the appellate court granted our stay of appellate proceedings until the lower court ruled on the motion to reconsider. Yesterday (August 9th), the district court granted our motion to file a second amended complaint! This is great news. Filing this second amended complaint will not only allow us to expose a lot more information to the court that wasn't available when the case was first filed two years ago, but all of the new information will now be automatically included in the appeals court if the lower court decides to dismiss again. We have until August 30th to file the amended complaint. https://www.iambrookjackson.com/_files/ugd/9df0bc_68cffd001b5c41a7bcd36a57e5e9329e.pdf
One thing I've learned over the past three years is to try and not dwell on the negative and to celebrate all victories, no matter how big or small. The court order published yesterday is one of those moments worth celebrating. We live to fight another day!
There are definitely cracks in the dam. Before they may not have seemed visible, but they definitely are now! It's hard to gauge how long a cracked dam will hold before it breaks, so it's important to stay focused, get louder about what really has been going on, push back on the narrative and stand up for the vaccine injured. The facts on our side, so let's keep building up that pressure to make sure this dam has no chance of being repaired!
As always, thank you for your support here and on social media. It keeps me going and brings a smile to my face when I need it most. Thank you.

What a few months it has been since I last wrote an update. New papers were published about the real risk of myocarditis from the COVID shots, a new report from the Department of Energy about the origins of COVID, some main stream media finally began interviewing vaccine injured; people typically only heard on alternative media AND…I had my first court hearing in Beaumont, TX about OUR case!!
The hearing was only for oral arguments regarding Pfizer’s motion to dismiss, but it was the first opportunity I had to see my amazing attorneys in action. They did not let US down!
Seven attorneys were present for Pfizer, Icon and Ventavia, and I could feel the tension and disdain in the court room as soon as I walked in. The hearing lasted almost four hours (two hours longer than expected). Judge Truncale was engaged, well informed on the heart of the case and the substance of the arguments spelled out in the written briefs, and asked many questions of both sides. He will issue a written ruling at some point soon, but in my opinion he conducted a well run, fair hearing that left my attorneys and me hopeful we will be allowed discovery.
We had quite the audience in the court room as well. Fifteen people showed up to watch the hearing and show their support, including my husband, a few friends, two doctors, health care workers, a journalist from the Epoch Times and a former prosecutor. Amazing! The woman who hired and fired me at Ventavia was there too (the only one there on behalf of the defendants), and I enjoyed every minute of our staring contest when she walked into the court room. Lol
While we wait for Judge Truncale’s ruling, there is plenty more to focus on. I have a full schedule of conferences and events to attend over the next few months, including the VSRF sponsored COVID Litigation Conference in Atlanta later this month, and supporting the FLCCC conference in Ft Worth, TX in April. I’m also working with a team on other legal strategies, but more on that at a later time.
Last but certainly not least, thank you for all of the continued support. I cannot express to you how much it has meant to me. Your donations have helped support me in everything I’m working on, including travel costs to conferences/events, as well as given me the ability to help some of the vaccine injured. With your support, I was able to attend ten events in 2022 and helped provide care for many with vaccine injuries. I have to do more. I will do more. Thank you so much! ~Love, Brook
Pfizer lied. People died. It’s time for discovery!
November 25th, 2022
As we celebrated Thanksgiving today in the United States, I wanted to post a heart felt thank you for all of the support I have received from each of you around the world over the past year. It has been an emotional roller coaster to say the least, but I am so grateful for all of the new friendships, emails, texts and social media comments offering support and encouragement,,,and just yesterday, I reached 100k followers on Twitter! It's because of your support, retweets and sharing information with your friends and family that the tides are starting to turn. More and more people around the world are starting to wake up to the lies and fraud surrounding these COVID-19 "vaccines," and the injury and death it has brought forth on way too many.
The fight is only just beginning though. The False Claims Act lawsuit I filed in January 2021 is on the desk of the judge in Beaumont, Texas waiting for him to rule on Pfizer's motion to dismiss. Pfizer also just filed a new motion two days ago asking to extend discovery another three months, and government agencies worldwide are doubling down on the vaccine narratives through their health agencies and main stream media outlets.
I am working hard to continue spreading the truth about the fraud and lies, as well as help provide a louder voice for the vaccine injured. Part of how I am doing this is by attending conferences and meeting with as many advocacy groups as possible to raise awareness and collaborate with other physicians, researchers and government officials. While some events have offered to assist with my travel, I've had to pay my own way for most of them. I will keep doing this as long as I can, but this is where any support you can provide would be a tremendous help.
All donations go directly to covering expenses to attend these events, as well as help the vaccine injured in need get the proper support and care. Thank you for reading this, and thank you again from the bottom of my heart for your support!
