As we draw closer to a trial date it is clear that our public defender is not interested in representing Brian and has given us zero confidence in his ability to do so.

Brian is a fun loving, generous man that has been over charged and wrongfully persecuted. He is one of hundreds of defendants being terrorized by his own government. It is truly a sad time in the United States.

Miracles happen and Brian is a testament to that. God is always working for us and He is GOOD ALL THE TIME. When Brian was arrested he was not a believer at all. I never push him or try to influence how he feels in that regard but I DO tell him about God's blessings and how they play out in our lives. There has been a lot of silver lining through this whole thing. Brian got on the phone with Randy on. Jan 6th at the DC Vigil and he said 3x's how BLESSED he felt!!!! THIS IS HUGE. I thank every person who has written a letter, donated to us and most important, prayed for us. We BOTH feel the prayers now!
