Howdy. A huge thanks to all of you who have given so generously. God bless you for your help.

MaryLee keeps improving day by day. She was able to walk herself, with a little help, all the way to the bathroom. She has also been able to sit in a chair for a short amount of time. She said that it is still too painful to sit for long but has set a goal of 60 minutes.

The doctors have said that she will remain in the hospital at least until Monday and have recommended that she be moved to an assisted living/rehab center where they can continue to help her keep moving and strengthen the muscles in her legs and hips.

Hopefully, she'll heal and regain enough strength to be home in a few more weeks. Another shout out to a friend of the family who is letting us borrow their Power Lift Chair. That will help MaryLee be able to get up and down a little easier when she gets home.
