Slate Ridge was built to educate and train people to discharge and handle their firearms safely. The "school" is a building that is primarily used for safety briefing before All training, nothing more than that.Daniel purchased this land in 2013 with a dream of teaching anyone who wanted to learn how to use their firearm, teach them safety while discharging the gun and how to properly carry and store it. Vermont was a state that gave him want he needed to impart his skill set to anyone who wanted to learn. Since Vermont is a constitutional carry state this was a perfect place for his dream of Slate Ridge.

Slate Ridge is a family friendly place that gives "free" training to anyone who wants to learn.

Daniel has expanded to include an amazing farm. It is all organic and family friendly.

The Town of Pawlet and Environmental Court want to imprison him and infringe on his constitutional rights. There are many articles and YouTube videos. for all to see.

Please help Daniel save Slate Ridge, stand up for all of our Constitutional Rights and fight the fight. If this can happen to him it can happen to all of us.

The town goes to court, and with absolutely no compunction, or reservation lies in court. Constantly, the town even lied to make sure that they would not be confronted for the campaign of disinformation they have undertaken. The town lied, to the judge requesting that nobody be present at the inspection because when the results were returned there would not be obvious pictures proving that the town attorney, and the town officials knowingly lied on their inspection report.

The town went to such lengths to conceal their actions that they excluded the EMT that Daniel invited to stand by, (prior inspection resulted in a health crisis for a town official that has since passed away…. Farm is a bit of a hike)

They have done their best to isolate Daniel at every point, but we need to stick by him. If the corruption of Pawlet is allowed to go on… does any zoning permit you apply for in good faith mean anything?
