This is not just about a vaccine, this fight is to protect the division of power and the limits of government that protect all freedom. If the president is allowed to use an executive order to demand a vaccine because "his patience has worn thin", the office of the president will expand to have the authority to demand anything they feel is right.

We believe that anyone that wishes to take a vaccine should be entitled to make that decision. Many of us have. However, the individual's right to make personal medical choices must not be violated.

Federal Employees are facing the choice between the freedom to make personal medical decisions or lose their livelihoods and the careers they have invested many years into. When President Biden decreed with no Constitutional authority that all federal employees must be vaccinated or face termination, he usurped the powers delegated to the executive office.

We can win this case and stop the unconstitutional expansion of the executive office! We can save the livelihoods and careers of thousands of federal employees.

This is a big case, and it's going to cost quite a bit of money. Attorney and legal fees for this fight are estimated at over $80,000, and could be much higher depending on how the case plays out (appeals, injunctions, expert witnesses, etc).

Addendum: I've been asked what happens to the donations if the government relents early and the lawsuit is cancelled. In the event that happens, we will refund the donations to anyone we have information for. The 2.9% + $0.30 that was already spent on the transaction processing company will be removed. If some money has already been allocated to attorneys, associated expenses, or legal fees, that will be subtracted from the total and refunds will be prorated accordingly.
