We kindly ask every Davidian to use their generosity to provide donations, offerings, tithes, or second tithes to support our work to free a Davidian elder, brother Don Adair, from the clutches of un-Davidians keeping him hostage and depriving him of contact with the world, and from his basic constitutional rights. He is not even allowed to have a phone to have contact with his fellow Davidians. Her so-called council, which comprises Aleixa, two foreign Zambians with questionable reputations, and two others we do not know, claim they have the authority to give Judy Tupolo over $100 000. 00, all the savings that were gathered in the time of Don Adair to renovate her own private house. She admitted to court. A council that is willing to use your tithes for such a selfish, abusive, and irresponsible act will keep abusing your money. Do not buy any of the books of Don Adair as this is supposed to be his intellectual property and her group is selling them online. You already know how she and her council waste your money.

The above is an inspired statement from God, but sad to say, our beloved brother Don Adair, who while a citizen of the USA (a country that offers freedom to its citizens), is now a prisoner through a task master conservator, who has totally and completely taken away his freedom. And the Christian world (professing present truth believers), sit in silence, but it is now full time for us all to rise up and demand justice, righteousness and freedom for Don Adair.

What is a Conservatorship

A conservatorship is an arrangement where someone acts as another person’s financial overseer. Usually, that person is elderly, and has become incapacitated in some way.

What Is Conservatorship Abuse

Conservatorship abuse occurs when a conservatee (usually the elderly) is abused or exploited by their conservator (their caretaker). Examples of conservatorship abuse include financial exploitation, mental and physical abuse, along with mental oppression.

The sad truth about conservatorships is that loved ones are placed under the total control of someone else with no way of escape. While the conservator eats away at their estate for their services, the elderly one loses money, their

dignity and importantly their freedom. It strips away an individual’s ability to make his or her own decisions. The conservatee is at absolute risk of experiencing total conservatorship abuse.

Instances of Abuse

Even though the adult is not in a nursing home or other types of facility, in many conservatorship situation, he or she may still face fraud, theft or abuse at the hands of the guardian. A corrupt conservator is capable of utterly ruining an estate or wiping out the savings of the elderly, doing so as often as they choose to. These underhanded individuals have been known to hire their “friends” to perform “tasks” for the conservatee’s at exorbitant cost, whether the conservatee needs it or not. If the conservatee doesn’t have friends or family in close proximity (in other words, no one is watching what’s going on), the conservator can claim expenses that didn’t even occur. The conservator and his or her associates, are also paid fees, which come out of the conservatee’s savings.

These abuses are normally undocumented, and unless the elderly has family and friends, who are available occasionally to check up on things, and the person arriving unannounced or with short notice. The abuses will continue to go on unstopped.

The True Cost

A hypothetical example: an elderly man, let’s call him Don, an elderly old Davidian brother, is under the yoke of a bad conservator. But instead of dutifully managing his estate, she begins to lock him away from everyone (his church family and also his friends), with no one knowing of his ware abouts, his health or his general wellbeing. Depriving a man of his fundamental civil human rights is turning him into an inmate. Not allowing phone or visits he wishes to have except with absolute permission. In this manner, she continues to siphon funds from Don savings and plans to continue doing so until his death.

Fraud with the Guardian

The theft of assets from the adult in a conservatorship relationship generally affects the individual (usually the elderly) seriously. Some guardians will use any opportunity to take money and other property from the adult under his or her care through false claims. The amount taken may max out credit or clear out bank accounts and leave the adult in poverty after the guardian completes these actions.

How to Stop Conservatorship Abuse

As Christians, and if you were in Don’s shoe, wouldn’t you want help? Let’s do all that we can then to help Don. It is our Christian duty, to act as quickly as possible to free our brother Don from the current bondage that he is now in. We need to do all that we can to retain a lawyer to terminate the current conservatorship, or to have the conservator changed right away.
