J6 Prisoner in Need of Assistance Restoring Life
My fellow humans, patriots and those that understand the struggle that we January 6ers have gone through and are currently going through, hear my cry and plea for help. I am in a bind, and it is one that needs your attention. I have been through it all and I am still in need of support from my fellow patriots… Being released from jail and going through hell in Greenboro, NC, I find myself currently in Homestead, Florida and needing your support because it is hard to find a job when these democratic party based companies are still biased toward us January 6ers while our need to have shelter and work is a must. We have families and we are trying to get back into the swing of things and return to being active members in this society once more. It is a shame when we have a Presidential Pardon and these companies are slamming us down with the big “Sorry, but you don’t qualify, or the hiring manager said that the position has been filled by a better candidate”. Yes, this was told to me. Can you believe that?
I am highly upset, and I am putting it nicely, that we were political prisoners, tormented and mistreated just out of cold spite. Then now after being released, we still are being threatened and put into a bind because of what happened on that fateful day. I am upset that I have to go through this denial from businesses when I have the skills to perform the simple job. Is this the America that I was released into? I thought this bias and hate would end when President Donald J. Trump returned to office. I thought that things would be different. All I want is a job so that I can maintain housing and I am angrier that we, January 6ers, are now forced into a world after spending an enormous time in jails and prison to come into an America that does not want us to even have an income or job. I am frustrated. I personally have been through enough and I am only asking for an opportunity to get some semblance of my life back. I lost everything and the rest was stolen by others. I am mentally in a world of pain and no, I do not regret being a part of January 6 and no, I will not turn against my President, Donald J. Trump. I stand with MAGA, and I stand with the traditions that this country has created and been given.
I need your support and I am actually begging to a certain degree, and this is because I am now extremely low in funds, and I am not only supporting me and my fiancée but I have my elderly mother now with me. I will not allow my mother to go into the danger zone of being homeless, especially in a country that treats its elderly with no care nor consideration. I am a January 6er and a proud man that has accomplished much before and simply need your help now. My fellow patriotic Americans and humans around the world, hear my need and hear my cry for help. I just don’t know what to do anymore and I am trying to literally start over again with my life. Please hear and understand my plea and give. Your support is necessary because I just want a fighting chance.

NOTE: The Patriot's Legal Defense Fund agreed to help especially because Darrell currently does not have access to the resources to re-establish a bank account and handle this himself. The Fund will review the appropriateness of expenditures, for transparency and propriety.

If you would like to send a check or money order or the like to avoid any fees, such as a large donation, please do not hesitate to inquire or talk to me at the Fund or Darrell about it.
The bank has set up a system for checks, money orders, even cash for the shy donors to go DIRECTLY TO THE BANK and not be handled by anyone else and be directly deposited without anyone but the bank touching it. If you are worried about it getting where it needs to go, you can have only bank staff handle your donation and deposit it, with records.

Helping out our brother/'s in need. Esp when our own govt., is suppose to be standing up for our rights and not squashing them at their conv. These communist/Marxist anti-God deep state evil people will get what is coming to them. In that day if not sooner. We all pray for you and your traumatic time spent in prison with prison guards who will also see Jesus's judgement very soon. Love U.

February 17th, 2025
To tell his story, fight to hold the Joe Biden / Merrick Garland Department of Justice accountable, and make sure this does not happen to other Americans in the future, Darrell Neely is going to CPAC -- the Conservative Political Action Committee -- which this year is in Oxon Hill, Maryland (just across the river from Eastern Washington, D.C. where the tourist area with the Ferris Wheel is located).
CPAC has "RADIO ROW" where most if not all conservative journalists and news shows congregate and interview conservatives. Darrell will be offering interviews up and down "RADIO ROW."
The trip will cost at least $1,000 including travel from Josh Macias' "Safe Haven" military veterans' facility in Florida, hotels and costs in suburban Washington, D.C. Darrell will try again to get his driver's license replaced in Washington, D.C.
Because he has the cloud of a conviction and controversial protest, this may be necessary to transition to a typical job. "Safe Haven" is also working on updated training for Neely's skills from the U.S. Navy such as welding, getting updated certificates and job placements. But that is going to take several months of training and licensing.
It would be wonderful if we could get Darrell Neely A LAPTOP COMPUTER to write his experiences and do other work. It does not need to be brand new or fancy, but most laptops have very little storage space and are tiny in power and storage. Darrell will need to buy a medium-sized used or new laptop computer probably in the range of $500 to $700. Then there is also the cost of all kinds of software.
On top of everything else, Darrell Neely was forced to relocate and rescue his mother from a senior living home that was charging her $9,000 a month immediately after he was released from prison. He had to bring his mother down from suburban D.C. to Florida cramped on a 18 hour long bus trip.
But the family is now saving enormous money compared to being ripped off by the senior's home. But still the transition is tough. Safe Haven was forced to arrange a much more expensive apartment than planned for Darrell, his money, and fiance who has worked so hard to make arrangements for him.
For January and February the Patriot's Legal Defense Fund had to pay $2,000 per month. Darrell is still waiting for processing of his veterans' benefits and other charity options to help bring this down in price.
Johnston County refused to send Birth Certificate without driver's license
September 10th, 2024
Even though Darrell Neely grew up in Johnston County and knows someone who works in the Johnston County Register of Deeds, Vital Records office, from childhood -- so they know him, Darrell just got a letter returning his check for the fee and his application to get a copy of his birth certificate. They said without a driver's license they can't send him a copy of his birth certificate. Washington, D.C. said last week they would take 2 weeks to mail him a replacement driver's license. So Darrell may need to take another trip back across the State -- without having a car, by bus or train, to keep trying to get a copy of his birth certificate.
