You guys are even more amazing-er than we thought possible! You helped us reach our initial goal of $32,680 within just the first week. Then we raised our goal by an additional $15,000, and you helped us meet that new goal in another 1½ weeks! So now we're getting to work on those apps we promised you!
We're just a few weeks out now from launching the censorship-free website. We just started the app process, now, too, but those will take maybe two months (lots of paperwork, it turns out).
And as you may have seen, we've raised our goal yet again. We thought carefully about what we could do if we had an extra $100,000—more episodes, better in-depth reporting, bribing our way to an interview with Xi Jinping—and then we decided, no, the number one most important thing we could do is buy a Cybertruck and tour around the country!

OMG you guys are AMAZING!!! Within just six days, you got us past our initial fundraising goal of $32,680. So today, we are pulling the trigger, paying for and starting the process of building this awesome new website. It should be ready in the next several weeks.
So what's next? We've raised our goal by $15,000. This will help us build mobile apps for iOS and Android, because a lot of you have requested that. These are going to be really cool apps that let you connect directly with us and each other, and watch episodes ad-free, without dealing with YouTube or a browser.
If we exceed our that fundraising goal, we will do even MORE cool stuff for you, as well as things that will guarantee the long-term survival of the show.
