Support Gabriel Garcia: A Patriot’s Fight for Justice After January 6th – The Moment to Expose the Government’s Overreach
Gabriel Garcia, a former U.S. Army Captain and committed patriot, has been fighting an uphill legal battle since the events of January 6th, 2021. Like so many others, Gabriel’s life was upended when he was targeted by an overzealous Department of Justice for his peaceful participation in the Stop the Steal rally. However, after months of struggle and uncertainty, Gabriel has finally attained the legal counsel he needs to not only defend himself but also to expose the government’s overreach in his case. With his court date rapidly approaching, this is his chance to shine a light on the truth.
Please help Gabriel as he takes on the fight for his life. His life that has already been uprooted and damaged by this corrupt and evil regime. If you are unable to help financially, please leave a prayer and/or pass on his story and information.

This last Friday, December 6th, Gabriel stood in front of Judge Amy Jackson and was handed down his sentence. Judge Jackson made sure to take a brief recess before her performance. When court resumed, this activist judge began a 20-minute full-blown dramatic monologue. The message of this monologue seemed to be that Gabriel was the worst of the worst and that she was doing the world a favor by putting a criminal behind bars all while trying to scold this Army Veteran into submission.
After her show was over, she called Gabriel and his attorney George Pallis to the lectern. She sentenced him to 1 year in prison and $2000 to be paid to the architect of the Capitol. When she asked Gabriel if they had any objections to the sentence, George said "yes". She gasped and replied "You do?" as if no one had ever questioned her before. Then she asked " on what part?". George said he had questions about Gabriel's surgery and that he would need until March to be healed and finished with physical therapy. Jackson began to share that she has personal experience with the surgery that Gabriel will be having and she will give him until January 10th. The day he must turn himself in to the Bureau of Prisons. He can do his rehab in the BOP.
George then asked the judge if she would change his sentence to 1 year and 1 day. Why would he ask that of the judge? The same reason the judge refused. If she gave him one extra day, the first step act can be applied. She told George and Gabriel that she wanted him to serve the entire 1 year and if the first step act were to apply then he would do no more than 85% of his sentence. She said she wanted him to do every single day of that 1 year.
Thank you all for the support, love and prayers you have provided to Gabriel!!
Better days are coming and Glorious days are ahead!
God Bless you all

On December 6th at 9:30 am in the DC Federal Circuit Courthouse, Judge Amy Jackson will be sentencing Gabriel for his J6 case.
Gabriel has asked for extensions for this sentencing because he requires surgery for an injury that he has been living with and in constant pain with, since his military service. The slow roll with the VA for the surgery has been the reason that it was scheduled for Dec. 8th. The judge ruled that he had ample time to complete the surgery and needed to be at sentencing on the 6th. If anyone has ever dealt with the VA they know how slow-moving it is and how all the bureaucracy makes it impossible to get immediate relief. Gabriel is court-ordered to be at his sentencing in DC and will be traveling at the last minute to be there. This has all been of great cost to Gabriel. Not just financially. It has taken a toll on all aspects of his life.
He appreciates all of your support and prayers! Please pray that Judge Jackson will allow him to have his surgery before he is remanded to prison, where the surgery will never happen.
Gabriel needs prayer!
