Briana Bostons Bond
This campaign is to help Briana Boston pay her bond. Briana was arrested after contacting her insurance company over a denied claim and when they told her why, she said “Delay, Deny, Depose… you guys are next.” The court system claims that this was a threat, but in no way did Briana threaten anyone. She is a mom of 3 and has a clean record. She has no weapons in her possession. Her jailing is a violation of the 1st amendment and we want to help her find freedom.
If Boston is released from jail or not convicted, all donations will be used to assist in giving commissary to future prisoners of political persecution, non-violent crimes, or possession charges.

Merry Christmas. I was in the insurance business as one of my first jobs and learned that insurance companies are in business to collect premiums, not to pay claims.

December 14th, 2024
It seems that Briana has been released from Polk County Jail. We are keeping up to date with her conviction status as closely as possible. If charges are dropped, funds will go to individuals charged with non-violent crimes, simple possession charges, and future victims of political persecution.
