My name is Brett Ostrander (aka Rotella in my court cases). I am a J6er who has been prosecuted by the government. I was arrested at the end of August 2023, while trying to help the police with an assault that I had witnessed where my friend ended up in the hospital with on going medical expenses. After the FBI arrested me, they raided my home with my pregnant wife, 2 young daughters, my dog and my mom at my house. Since everything has happened, I had to hire a lawyer and in order to pay for that I had to sell my home and move into a travel trailer with my 3 daughters (youngest born the end of Dec 2023). It has been very difficult as I have had a lot car troubles since moving and having to travel more. With the court case it has made it difficult to find extra work to support my family. I have been through a trial where the jury declared me guilty with only 2 hours of deliberation. I was not able to testify in my own case as it would have caused me to get another charge of obstruction if I was found guilty. Because of the location of my trial I did not have much hope of being found not guilty. Just recently I have had my sentencing done and have to report to prison whenever the court sends me a letter. My wife, who homeschools my daughters, does not work at the moment. All 3 of my daughters have birthdays the end of December and January. All the expenses that this court case has caused has left our family with no savings and no money for birthdays/Christmas or anything. This month we are unsure if we will be able to pay all our bills but we know that Jesus will sustain us. If you are able to help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated by myself and my family.
