What: BORDER LAW ENFORCEMENT APPRECIATION EVENT

Where: Shelby Park Border Security Forces Encampment, Eagle Pass, Texas

Who: Hosted by the AFBC Veterans Foundation, Armed Forces Brewing Company and Border911

A collaborative border security team consisting of 850 Texas National Guard soldiers and other multi-state law enforcement support are stationed at the Shelby Park encampment in Eagle Pass, Texas. They are working around the clock against dangerous cartels, seizing drugs, laying barriers, and stopping illegal immigrants from entering our country. Logistics for serving meals is limited, with many border security forces only receiving a hot meal once a week. On Friday, April 12th, the AFBC Veterans Foundation, Armed Forces Brewing Company, and Border911 will serve these deserving men and women a delicious, hot, well-prepared meal with the assistance of local Eagle Pass BBQ restaurant The Wagon Wheel – Smokehouse. The AFBC Veterans Foundation is asking for your help with a donation to fund this mission.

BUDGET:

1. Feeding 850 Texas & Florida National Guard and Law Enforcement personnel at $14 per person: $11,600.00

2. Sales Tax 8.25%: $957.00

3. Donation processing fee: $.30 per donation (forecasted average donation $15) $255.00

4. Donation to GiveSendGo platform: 5%: $640.60

5. $11,600 + $957 + $255 + $640.60 = $13,452.60
