Today, on July 24th, at the Southern District Court, Judge Rochan sentenced me to 41 months in prison for violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. I was persecuted as a Christian standing for my beliefs when it comes to life. This is devastating news. Not only is this bond extensive for the accused crime, but she made it very clear in the courtroom that she was going to an make example out of me. The concern of being a young mother, and a stay-at-home mother, was completely disregarded.
She told me before sentencing me that | was young and that I would not be defined by my sentence, before making a conscious decision to take me away from my two-year-old daughter for three years. I am appealing my case, fighting for my freedom, and trying to support my family during this time of crises. We will fight this case all the way to the Supreme Court if that’s what it takes.Recent Donations

Update: IM HOME!!

Hey, you guys! I just wanna thank you so much for being literally one with me in this journey as I fought for my freedom. God is so good and he answered all of our prayers. I am home and I am free, but unfortunately, I'm still in the thick of the battle. I am being sued federally on face by a abortion company called Carafem. We have been fighting the case on our own, but unfortunately the judge seems to lean toward the abortion clinic. If we don't get a lawyer they will put us in default and order us to pay money to this abortion clinic and that is just unacceptable! We need a lawyer, we also want to get private investigators involved with my previous case of me being sued by Letitia James federally for Planned Parenthood, and also my federal criminal case. We need to look into how the system was manipulated to find me guilty and we need to sue! We are just getting started, but luckily, I no longer have a judge muzzling me and using their power to keep me at bay less they throw me in prison. That part is over, so please continue to fight with me. I can't do this by myself, my family. We need God and we have him, but we also need you. You guys are in the thick of this battle right along with me and even down to a five dollar donation has been a clear display of partnership in our trial, and I am grateful for everything. Every prayer sent every letter mailed to me. Every form of support made it very clear that the body of Christ can be together and really hard times so let's finish the fight together!
