Nearly 400 days ago I (and GW) was frivolously sued. I was accused of Criminal Rico & accused of interfering with a missing child’s case and having blood on my hands - none of which is true. I was forced to get representation and have had great support in retaining an amazing attorney Tom King III of Butler to represent me against At Night Media, Dog the Bounty Hunter and others.

With each passing month, the attorney fees are growing: $8,098.49 is my current balance and still going up. This frivolous lawsuit has caused a lot of mental and financial strain with my business. I won the first Anti-slapp in Pa and of course the losers appealed the judges ruling so now it’s in the superior court. I have also had to battle plaintiffs in court to protect my minor child - which protection from intimidation orders WERE granted on my child’s behalf.

I’m asking you to help me stand up against injustice but it takes a village. Your support is crucial not only financially but emotionally too. It means the world to know that there are people out there who believe in fairness and justice—and I NEED your help.
