Andrew Johnson has been a single father for 21 years. A Self employed construction worker, aspiring artist, and producer, and a brother of 4, who cares greatly about his country and its freedom. 

He was arrested on Jan 6th, in a parking lot 2000 feet from the capital building. He was not told he was trespassing on capital grounds by any officer. The DC Metro police kettled him and others and rounded them up for a “curfew violation”. Telling them to “go home” but circling behind them to force them to stay. 

When hurricane Ian hit Collier County and devastated a lot of the elder populations home, Johnson arrived to volunteer, for months, demoing homes and helping communities get large items out of their flooded homes. 

During this time volunteering, he got a call from his public defender. He was told that there are new warrants for him allegedly entering the capital building. The curfew charges were dropped and new charges were brought. Johnson set a date to turn himself in. Only to be surprised a day before his turn in date, by a large group of heavily armed swat team members. His home was surrounded by agents with AR15s in full army gear. This lead to an uproar in the community, and Johnson was kicked out of his home. He is still currently sleeping in his pop up camper so that he can continue to help out in collier county, cleaning up the after effects of Hurricane Ian.

He has a medical exemption from wearing a mask, anywhere. And had it on his person as he told the police officer on the mass arrest bus. The officer forced a mask on his face and blindfolded him on his hour ride to lock up on Jan 6th, without any care of his exemption. You can watch the video here

Others on bus were given the freedom to not have to wear a mask. But, as shown in the video, a police officer violently forced a mask on his entire face, blindfolding him. 

He was held in Lock up with no phone call, which was infested with cock roaches. His family thought he had died since nobody received a call. While In the mass arrest building, He witnessed 20-30 others pay 25$ curfew fee and walk free. Which he believes were actors and/or Antifa CIs. Yet, he was sent to DC jail, to see the living conditions in there, were far from ok. Not being able to sleep out of fear that roaches would most likely fall all over him, he stayed awake, waiting his release. 

The next day he was released. Since then, he has Spent 2 years attending court hearings over a curfew which holds a 25$ fine, and has attended all dates.

Now, Andrew is facing 4 new non violent misdemeanors, which include breach of peace, entering capital and parading and picketing. He is forced to call in to a pretrial officer every single day, and faces jail time if he doesn’t pass a urinalysis, if he is arrested for anything else, or if he misses a scheduled visit with his pretrial officer, even tho he has NOT BEEN CONVICTED YET!

The governments extreme show of force at his home, and the lies the Jan 6th committee have shed on patriots like him to be made out as “terrorists”, resulted In The loss of 30,000$ of work that he had been referred to, from his volunteer work. Since the land lord kicked him out, his clients all dropped him as their contractor. The event has ruined the reputation he built thru his months volunteering.

He was given a new public defender for his new charged who has told him that “BLM is not an organization”, “Antifa is an idea”, and that “J6 was a planned attack by the KKK.”

This is the harsh reality he is now faced with. His representation provided to him by the state (who may be the ones representing him at trial), has fallen victim to the lies of media and the J6 committee. 

Their defamation of his and plenty of others character has disabled him financially from being able to afford proper representation.

We are only asking for help from fellow patriots because we have ran out of options and means to generate enough income fast enough before his trial. 

We strongly believe that FBI entrapment will be proven, and when it is, we will be also hiring a legal team to fight for our 1st amendment right to protest and assemble on public grounds. 

January 6th was the grossest violation of Americans 1st amendment rights in the history of America. And all funds raised will be used to fight Johnson’s legal battle, so that we can continue to fight our battle for all of our 1A rights.

Andrew arrived on the 6th to help and save his country, not to hurt it. He does not deserve to be treated as a domestic terrorist, and will not have proper representation unless he raises enough funds.
