Firstly, thank you graciously for reading this & to even consider helping my family & I with our soon to come *2nd* USAF Court Martial in less than a year with now the MSG Commander, Col Stuart Churchill's Article 15 NJP issuance on July 10, 2024, where I have demanded trial by court martial on July 15, 2024. In the rare case that my command drops all charges & specifications at anytime, I will use any & all donated funds to relentlessly pursue a joinder civil law suit to now involve over 40 USAF leaders as the defendants, for the accountability of the future Airmen that will be assigned to this base, & or subject to their "leadership," DOD wide. I will publicly post weekly updates on my various social media accounts named, "LanceCastle490."

This passage consistently fills me with as much courage as I can possibly muster each day:

Ephesians 5:9-13 NLT: For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true. Carefully determine what pleases the Lord. Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them. It is shameful even to talk about the things that ungodly people do in secret. But their evil intentions will be exposed when the light shines on them.

In regard to my 1st Court martial from Sep 2023, I was acquitted on all 7 counts of various alleged UCMJ Violations (4 of which were brazenly dishonest and deceitful by my chain of command). I was arrested and served 66 days in pre trial confinement for these false charges that I ultimately was acquitted of. It was proven in court that this all began from standing on my Constitutional rights to practice my religious beliefs to refuse the illegal COVID-19 shots, after I filed for religious exemption. Once finally-denied by Lt General Slife, I was then accused by my leadership of being an insider threat that was radicalized towards an anti-US Gov't group, deemed an active shooter targeting members to eliminate, investigated by OSI with no findings, and thus harassed and targeted with multiple MFR's, LOC's, LOR's and an article 15 before I was arrested on April 10, 2023. I was apprehended at the Cannon AFB Chavez Gate while heading to a scheduled mental health appt that my 1st Sgt and Commander Lt Col Vazquez scheduled me for, and Lt Col Vazquez stated in court that it was in good faith. When the judge asked him why didn't he have me brought to my MH appt instead of jail... his response was, "I thought it was a done deal." I was then locked in pre trial confinement for 66 days straight for his 7 false, and planned accusations. I had my knee and shoulder severely damaged by the confinement staff that I recently required surgery for, wasn't given all of my prescribed medications for the first 17 days, and offered a total of 4 plea bargains before the actual court martial.

Even more egregious, I was not allowed to be at the birth of my first child. On Sep 13, 2023, my family and I won my court martial with a "Not Guilty" verdict on all counts. The relief was extremely short lived as I was immediately put back into the same squadron, under the same commander, and was told that AFPC denied my PCS orders. I am still waiting for that paperwork till this day to prove it was AFPC who denied it, but I have received backlash every step of the way. After the PCS orders were denied, I had tried to be placed in a couple different sections such as the chaplains office, ADC’s office, or the gym and those were denied as well. I was even told from my new chief supervisor and SMSgt 1st Sgt that I would be transferring over to the Ops Group under a new chief , which turned out to be a Lie, as they all blamed my still revoked security clearance as the issue. 

That court martial cost me $30,000 and easily an extra $20,000 with my loss of pay, rank deduction from NJP before my arrest, moving out of my Cannon AFB family home during jail due to the belief I would no longer be receiving BAH, and the costly expenses of traveling to San Antonio Tx through out 7 months back and forth 3x for my belongings in multiple storage units.

My UCMJ alleged violations were:

Count #1 - Article 85: Did, between on or about 1 March 2023 and on or about 10 April 2023, without authority and with intent to remain away therefrom permanently, absent himself from his place of duty: the Logistics Readiness Squadron Customer Service Section, located at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, and did remain so absent in desertion until he was apprehended on or about 10 April 2023.

Verdict: Not Guilty.

Count #2 and #3 - Article 89: Did, at or near Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, on or about 6 February 2023, behave himself with disrespect towards Lieutenant Colonel Enrique Vazquez, his superior commissioned officer in command and in rank, then known by the said SENIOR AIRMAN LANCE C. CASTLE, JR, to be his superior commissioned officer in command and in rank, by repeatedly interrupting Lieutenant Colonel Enrique Vazquez while he was talking to said SENIOR AIRMAN LANCE C. CASTLE, JR., and the said SENIOR AIRMAN LANCE C. CASTLE, JR. calling Lieutenant Colonel Enrique Vazquez a domestic threat.

Verdict: Not Guilty.

Count #4 - Article 90: Having received a lawful command from Lieutenant Colonel Enrique Vazquez, his superior commissioned officer, then known by the said SENIOR AIRMAN LANCE C. CASTLE, JR. to be his superior commissioned officer, to report to duty at the Customer Service Section of the 27th Special Operations Logistics Readiness Squadron during prescribed duty hours Monday through Friday, or words to that effect, did, at or near Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, between on or about 3 April 2023 and on or about 7 April 2023, willfully disobey the same.

Verdict: Not Guilty.

Count #5 - Article 91: On divers occasions between on or about 1 December 2022 and on or about 31 January 2023, was disrespectful in deportment toward Master Sergeant Michael T. Carey, a noncommissioned officer, then known by the said SENIOR AIRMAN LANCE C, CASTLE. JR. to be a superior noncommissioned officer, who was then in the execution of his office, by showing insolence and rudeness in the presence of Master Sergeant Michael T. Carey.

Verdict: Not Guilty.

Count #6 - Article 128 [Assault - Federal Conviction] Did, at or near Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, on or about 10 April 2023, assault Senior Airman Deadrick D. Kelly, who then was and was then known by the accused to be a person then having and in the execution of military law enforcement duties, by striking him in his leg with the said SENIOR AIRMAN LANCE. C. Castle JR.'s knee.

Verdict: Not Guilty.

Count #7 - Article 128 [Assault - Federal Conviction] Did, at or near Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, on or about 10 April 2023, assault Technical Sergeant Mason D. Poteet, who then was and was then known by the accused to be a person then having and in the execution of military law enforcement duties, by punching him in the nose with the said SENIOR AIRMAN LANCE C. CASTLE, JR.'s fist.

Verdict: Not Guilty.

Fast forward 10 months later to present day, all of leadership collectively and progressively are trying to re do it all over again via the new incumbent leadership that condone the actions of their predecessors and again flagrantly setting me up to not be able to do my duties by not accounting for a single one of my now CDE mental health disabilities that they ordered for me to be evaluated via the Cannon AFB mental health clinic. On July 10, 2024, I was issued another Article 15 for AWOL, Disrespect to a superior commissioned officer, and Disobeying his order. The wing commander Col Jeremy Bergin has cut all pay of mine from July 1, 2024, and refuses to acknowledge my concerns on which we have had  text message dialogue now and a long email traffic of my concerns that I have brought to the attention of him, his superiors, and their superiors, literally. Lt Gen Bauerenfiend, Lt Gen Conley, Maj Gen Sonkiss, CSAF Gen Allvin, and two SECAF's, The Honorable Frank Kendall, and Melissa Dalton.

July 17, 2024 of this week, I will deny my NJP and demand trial by court martial. This command cannot be trusted that they in good faith will give me a fair hearing during the NJP proceedings.  Again, the significant level of retaliation and harassment that my family and I are yet again experiencing, is now solely with the MSG Commander Col Stuart Churchill, and the Base Wing Commander Col Jeremy Bergin's level and no longer squadron level at all. They are determined to now "handle" me appropriately this time and make their charges stick.

On July 7, 2024, I submitted a cease and desist letter to the Wing Commander. On July 11, 2024, I submitted an Article 138 complaint to the MSG Commander Col Churchill, to include 100,000+ USAF members via global. The following is what the email said:

Col Stuart Churchill,

      The following attachment contains your Informal Article 138 complaint from me. You will acknowledge receipt of this complaint immediately. If you do not or cannot grant me the requested redress, or do not notify me in writing of your decision within 30 days, I intend to forward my complaint IAW Article 138, UCMJ, and AFI 51-505, to COMAFSOC/Lt Gen Michael E. Conley and Major General Rebecca J. Sonkiss. In addition, you will get a notarized physical copy of this complaint soon and thus making it legally binding. You can direct any questions that you may have to my military defense council Capt. Leeza Tirado.

I've stated that no one has taken my concerns seriously, maybe someone in the Cc will want to help. I send this email out to over 100,000 members in the U.S Armed Forces as a witness to this progressive, DANGEROUS, LIFE THREATENING SITUATION, so that everyone can be aware of your alleged crimes against me to include your superior, the Cannon AFB Wing Commander himself, Col Jeremy Bergin, via the unlawful leadership here on this sanctimonious... honor forsaken base.
