In the run-up to the 2020 election, a Green Beret military veteran became worried that radicals were being allowed to use violence to deter and prevent American citizens from exercising their God-given and Constitutionally-enshrined 1st Amendment rights. 

He started 1st Amendment Praetorian, and along with a group of military, law enforcement, and intelligence community veterans, they traveled the country helping keep grassroots events safe from those violent radicals who wanted to silence any voices, opinions, and political supporters they didn't agree with.

After January 6th, 2021, individuals and corporations of the US media falsely labeled the group's founder (Robert Patrick Lewis), 1st Amendment Praetorian, and one of their members as having not only been involved in the day's events but also as having been central planners.

Time has proven that those defamatory claims from the media were categorically false, but their damage has been done (and is still being done).

We have 3 defamation lawsuits that are currently in Federal and state courts that have been moving forward since 2022 and 2023, with others to follow potentially.

The rulings in these cases could have profound implications for what the media is allowed to get away with in their wrap-up smears and defamatory hit pieces in the future, but we have already been in these legal battles since 2022 and they are both time and cost-intensive. 

Thankfully, the Binnall Law Group is representing our cases, but we are expecting that some of these cases will continue for at least another year or more.
