Like many Americans, I suffer from health issues that make it dangerous for me to wear a mask, so I have an exemption from my doctor. Just before Christmas, on December 23rd, I walked into a local store, where I was harassed, threatened, and subsequently attacked by three store employees for not wearing a mask. They pulled my hoodie and jacket over my head, choking and strangling me, which resulted in disc and nerve damage in my neck and back, that may leave me with permanent effects. They then shoved me out the side door and onto the sidewalk, all for trying to do Christmas shopping without a mask.
Despite calling in my attackers to 911, the police decided to unlawfully arrest me and let the real criminals go free. I was discrminated not only in the store, but by the police and the hospitals, for not being able to wear a mask. They held me for almost two days with little food or water.

I am asking for your help to fight this and pay for legal, medical, and other associated costs.
No one with disabilities or even religious beliefs should have to deal with being discrminated or assaulted for something they can't control, yet this is happening every day!
